Task 1: Use this format Report title: on a separate sheet; name of the author and the date of completion Abstract: a brief summary of the facts contained in the report in the same order they are presented in the report Table of contents: listing the contents chronologically by page number. Introduction: shows the line of argument. Should explain why the work was undertaken, the scope of the work and the limitations (such as time, personnel and material) imposed. Main body: divide this into parts with clear sub titles- logical sequence (not chronological), a statement of facts covered, clear arguments and opinions arising from the investigations Conclusions: firm, and unqualified statements summarising the findings Recommendations: should be stated with the readership in mind. Appendices: you may wish to include the questionnaire here
