Dear Prof Gernot Salzer, My name is Lana Petrovic and I am a Master Student and Team Member of the AIESEC local committee at the Vienna University of Technology. As a non-profit organization run by students, we want to give the students of Vienna University of Technology the opportunity to develop personally and professionally. We do this locally through participation in the organization and also by social short-term internships and professional long-term internships abroad. As the world’s largest student run organization, what AIESEC does is giving the opportunity to students to go abroad and do their internships in a voluntary level (6 – 12 weeks) and a professional level (4 – 18 months). By involving in these professional internships, students will have the opportunity to gain unique international professional development experience, Practical skills in a foreign environment to complement their educational background, create a global network and have international connections, Interact with a new social environment and immerse in a new culture. I would like to request your permission to do a short 5 minutes presentation to inform about the above mentioned internship opportunities to your students in your Formal Methods in Computer Science lecture, on the 18.11. at 12:00-14:00. Thanks you. Yours sincerely, Lana Petrovic
