WHY IS IT GOOD FOR YOU?• More time to market and sell your group inventory.

• Better align the brand’s group policies with consumerbooking trends.

• Provide you with options, depending upon the numberof staterooms you need to hold.

• Earn more commission by selling more group inventory,because now you can hold your inventory longer.

AZAMARA GROUPS MAXIMUM GROUP LIMITS

• A Travel Partner may establish four (4) groups duringany rolling consecutive four (4) quarters, or twice thenumber of sailed groups in the past four (4) quarters(excluding current); whichever is greater.

• With the initial deposit of $50 USD per stateroom,the travel partner may block up to twenty-five(25) staterooms.

• Requests for groups exceeding the maximums aboveat time of booking, or to add inventory over the limitsset above, must be submitted through the TravelPartner’s Group Advocate for approval.

- Response to requests for groups exceeding themaximum will be communicated to the TravelPartner within one (1) business day (excludingweekends and company holidays).

• For groups over twenty-five (25) staterooms, other

terms and conditions may apply. For more information on groups over twenty-five (25) staterooms, PLEASE CONTACT OUR GROUPS TEAM AT 800.556.8208

• A Travel Partner may establish up to one groupper sailing.

MINIMUM SIZE REQUIREMENTS AND LIMITS

• Group terms are based on a minimum size of eight (8)staterooms of sixteen (16) guests (the “Minimum”).

• Any group that falls below eight (8) staterooms atdouble occupancy after the deposit cycle no longerretains group status.

• Group bookings below minimum are subject to transferinto Individual Reservations.

• Only those amenities selected for use by guestsonboard will be protected. Guest amenities include butare not limited to stateroom deliveries.

OPTION LENGTHSDEPOSIT GROUP POLICY

• The Travel Partner will have thirty (30) days from the

allocated group inventory. The original fares quoted for

day period. All inventory for which this initial deposit issecured will be held until 150 days to sailing. Azamara®

reserves the right to recall unsold inventory at

PAYMENTSINITIAL DEPOSIT

FULL DEPOSIT

• $1,100 USD per stateroom

• $2,200 USD for suites

• Full deposits and full legal names are required at meof booking crea on.

• Allocated Stateroom Deposit Requirements:

- All triples and quads require a minimum of three(3) legal names to secure the stateroom.

- All suites require 200% deposit and full legalnames at the me of request to be allocated within group inventory.

FINAL PAYMENT

• Final payment is due 120 days prior to sailing.

• Final payment not received by the due date may resultin group cancella on.

• If permi ed, new bookings added to exis ng groupsmade a er the scheduled final payment date must bepaid in full with legal names at me of request.

CREDIT CARDS• As guests’ full legal names are added, credit cardsshould be provided and cross-referenced to that guest.Travel agency corporate cards may only be used for theini al deposit ($50 USD per stateroom).

• Travel agency corporate cards are not accepted fornamed space or for final payment. A Travel Partner’spersonal credit card may only be used for ini al depositon groups ($50 USD per stateroom) or if they arepaying for themselves or a friend or family membertraveling with the Travel Partner, and the history of therela onship is described in detail.

CANCELLATION CHARGES• To avoid cancella on charges, a no ce of cancella onmust be received prior to sailing as required in thebelow schedule of cancella on charges.

INVENTORY MANAGEMENT• Travel Partner may add up to the group maximumallowed twen five (25) staterooms if group inventoryis available at prevailing rates.

• If requested inventory is not available to groups, butis available to Individual Reserva ons, inventory maybe added at prevailing fares, not to exceed the groupmaximum of twen five (25) staterooms.

• No inventory can be added if the sailing is CodeRed or Code Yellow. Travel Partners can view CodeRed and Code Yellow sailings in the One Stop Fileson CruisingPower.com.

INDIVIDUAL RESERVATIONSTO GROUPS TRANSFER

• Transfers from Individual Reserva ons into anexis ng group may be made at prevailing fares. Priorto transferring into the group, the booking will requirefull legal names and full deposit. Transfers must beallocated space.

• Group fares are not protected but GAP may be applied.

• The Travel Partner can transfer bookings to totalno more than the group maximum twen five(25) staterooms.

• Transfers from individuals to groups may be made upto final payment due date (120 days to sailing).

• Transfers from Individual Reserva ons to Groups arenot applicable to Code Red or Code Yellow sailings.

• Benefits earned in Individual Reserva ons may notbe transferable.

• Transferring Individual Reserva ons bookings togroups below minimum will not be allowed, unlesstransferring in enough bookings to bring the group toat least eight (8) staterooms in total.

INVENTORY REVIEWS • Azamara ® may contact you at any me to review anyunsold inventory. During this review, any unsoldinventory (inventory without full legal names and fulldeposits) may be recalled.

• Azamara ® reserves the right to contact you at anyme to review group inventory held on sail dates

that are at risk of being oversold (Code Redsailings). During this review, all unsold inventory(inventory without full legal names and full deposits)will be recalled.

• Other than Code Red sailings, a reviewed group willhave up to seven (7) business days to add full legalnames and payments prior to being reduced to sold.

GUEST NAMES

• Name changes may be made to all but one of thenames listed on the booking, and may be subject toaddi onal charges.

- Name changes may not be allowed on Code Red

ADDITIONAL INFORMATIONTOUR CONDUCTOR CREDITS

• Cruise-only tour conductor credits are earned on thefollowing criteria and must be applied to a single berth orissued to the Travel Partner in the form o funds:

- For all itineraries, one cruise-only tour conductor

guests, based on double occupancy.

- The value of the cruise-only tour conductor credit is determined by the average of all staterooms booked in the group.

- Singles paying 200% of the full fare count as two (2) guests for tour conductor purposes.

LOST STATEROOM PROTECTION

• Fares and inventory will be protected when the fare ofinventory is lost due to an error on the part of Azamara®.

Misquoted fares and fares erroneously loaded intoour systems are not protected.

• Fares will also be protected if Azamara ®

within for -eight (48) hours of the cancellationand the same inventory is available and full legal namesand appropriate payments are provided.

EDOCS

• Voyage documents are delivered electronically, generallytwen eight (28) days prior to the sailing date. Guestssharing the same stateroom will receive one set ofdocuments unless a second set has been requested priorto prin ng. Guests may also request paper documentsin lieu of e-documents. This request must be made atleast for five (45) days before sailing to avoid addi onalcharges. A document fee of $35 USD will be charged ifiden cal documents need to be reprinted or replaced.

DINING

• Group dining reservations may be made once onboardvia the Restaurant Manager.

• Group will not be seated until all members of the party are present.

VALUE ADD

• Value Add is permitted up to $100 USD per guest, andmust be distributed to all guests equally.

• Value Add requires completion of a Value Add RequestForm for each sailing.

• Value Add Request Forms should be requested fromyour Group Partner Advocate.

• Value Add must be requested and approved by 150days to sailing.

• Refunds for cancellation involving Value Add must bemade to the guest, not the agency.

• Azamara® will establish the Group Amenities Plus (GAP) Program to allow you to customize your group.

• Selections for the use of GAP points may only berequested for groups above the minimum group size(eight [8] staterooms) and must be made before finalpayment is due.

FARES

• Fares quoted are per guest, based on doubleoccupancy. All fares quoted to guests must include NonCommissionable Cruise Fares (NCCF).

• Singles paying 200% of the full fare count as two (2)guests for tour conductor purposes.

• Changes

- All fares, government fees, schedules, port calls, hours of arrival and departure, and special programs are subject to change without notice.

- Azamara ® reserves the right to assess fares and

amend or add to the content of this brochure at any time.
