1.Mills1.1HGM Micro Powder Grinding Mill
Brief Introduction
HGM Series Micro Powder Grinding Mill is a kind of equipment which produces fine and superfine powder. It issuitable to process non-flammable and non-explosivematerials with moisture less than 6% and Mohs' hardnessless than 9 such as calcite, chalk, limestone, dolomite,kaolin, bentonite, talcum, talc, magnesite, illite, pyrophyllite,vermiculite, sepiolite, attapulgite, rectorite, diatomite, barite,gypsum alum earth, graphite, fluorite, variscite, potash, ore,floatstone, etc.

The whole system of HGM consists of main unit,deceleration machine, blower, hammer, crusher, dustpanelevator, electro-magnetic vibrating feeder, impulse dustcleaner, piping device, cyclone collector device, classifier high-pressure motor and muffler.Working principal
The main motor drives main axle and every layer rotating byreducer. Dial drives numbers of rollers rolling and rotating inthe ring by pintles.Big materials are crushed into smaller particles by hammer crusher. They are sent to store house by elevator. Theelectro-magnetic vibrating feeder sends the materials evenlyto the middle of the upper dial. Under the force of theeccentricity, the materials scatter to the side of the circle andfall into the ring to be pressed, crushed and milled intoplaces by roller after the first crush, materials fall into the
second and the third layer. The pumping of the high-pressure centrifugal blower put the outside air into themachine. The coarse powder will be brought into theclassifier.The rotating turbine in the collector makes the coarseparticles fall back for regrinding. The fine particles will comeinto the cyclone collector with the airflow and be dischargedby the discharging valve on the bottom of the collector. Theyare the final products. The airflow with little dust will bedischarged through blower and muffler after being purifiedby the cyclone collector.

1.2 MTW European TypeTrapezium Mill
MTW European Type TrapeziumMill is the newest grindingequipment which enjoys manypatented technology andreaches the internationaladvanced level. It is theup-to-date grinding equipmentdesigned by our devotedresearch team, basing onfeedbacks and advice from 9518mill customers and richexperience on mill research. The
mill enjoys several patent technologies, such as bevel gear overall drive, inner automatic Thin-Oil lubricating system,arc air channel, etc.
Working principle
Firstly, raw material should be crushed by jaw crusher to thesize specified, and then the crushed stuff is elevated into ahopper from which the stuff is loaded, through the vibratingfeeder, evenly and continuously into the grinding chamber for power-processing. After this, the ground stuff is carried
by the air into the separator for screening. The fine powder are blow into the cyclone collector and are poured outthrough the output-powder valve as the final products andthe rough stuff after the screening will be recycled back intothe grinding chamber for regrinding. The set's airflow systemis closely sealed up and circulated under condition of negative pressure.
The new technology as below
1) Bevel gear overall drive : The traditional grinding mill isdriven by speed reducer and coupling. It is hard to beinstalled. And there will be too much noise, and theefficiency is lower. MTW series mill is driven by bevel gear,so its structure is compacter, easy to be installed and moreefficient.
2) Inner automatic Thin-Oil lubricating system : Thetraditional mill adopts grease lubrication, so the lubricatingresistance is stronger, the temperature will be higher soon,and the bearing lifespan is shorter. MTW series mill adoptsinner L.O. pumps, so the main shaft bearing and bevel gear can be lubricated without an additional lubrication system.
3) Arc air channel All of the air channels of traditionalgrinding mill is upright board type. In this case, there will bestronger resistance when the air impacts the air channelboard, and the energy of collisions of air molecules loseheavily, as a result, the air channel will be jammed easily
because of the eddy air flow. MTW series mill adopts acambered air channel, the tangential air goes into air channel easily because there is small resistance. And theinner outlet is very good for the grinded material to spreadaround and avoid grinding material jammed.
4) Cambered shovel with renewable edge : The traditionalshove is integral and edge always be worn out quickly, soyou have to renew it in short time which affects the workingtime and wastes too much steel. The shovel edge of MTWseries mill adopts high wearable limit alloy, its life will belonger. You only need to change the edge, not the wholeshovel. So the steel material is saved. In addition, becausethe traditional shovel is plane type, the grinded materialstacks on the same plane when it is scooped up. So themiddle parts of the roller are worn out heavily. But thecambered shovel can scoop up the grinded material in thesame vertical plane, which makes the rollers and rings wornequally. At the same time, the grinding efficiency is higher and capacity is higher;
5) Separated cyclone : There is a separated structurebetween inner piping and mixed air and powder. Theefficiency and precision of classifying is promoted highly;
6) No resistance snail shell (small checking door so thatthere is not an eddy air flow) : In the traditional grinding mil,the checking door of snail shell is prominent, that means thechecking door and snail shell are not on the same plane. Sothere will be eddy air flow easily come into being. As a result,the energy waste is bigger. MTW series mill make the inner
surface of checking door stay with the inner surface of snailshell on the same plane, so the eddy air flow is avoidedefficiently.
7) Perfect outward appearance : Both of the inner part andouter part of the MTW series mill adopt advanced structureand beautiful arc structure design. This makes the milladvanced and beautiful.

1.6 Ball MillBrief Introduction
Ball Mill is suitable to grind various mineral and other materials, which is widely used in various industries such asbeneficiation, construction materials, chemical industry, etc,it has two ore grinding ways: dry way and wet way. According to discharge type of finished powder, it can bedivided into two kinds: grid type and overflow type, Ball millis widely used to process cement, silicate product, newbuilding materials, fireproof materials, fertilizer, ferrous andnon-ferrous metal ore beneficiation, glass, ceramics, etc.
Working Principle
Materials enter into the first grinding chamber throughhollow shaft. There are liner of ladder type or curve type, andsteel balls of different specifications in the first grindingchamber. The centrifugal force caused by turning of thebarrel take balls into a certain height inside the chamber,and then balls fall down, have striking and grinding effect onmaterials. Materials after primary grinding in the firstgrinding chamber is fed into the second grinding chamber through single layer chamber dividing plate.
