SCSU (7-4) scored the last points of the period with a three point basket at 1:17, 13-8, and they remained down five points, 17-12, with 5:23 remaining in the second quarter, but a pair of back-to-back Crim three pointers that delivered the Scarlet and Gold an 11 point lead, 23-12, just 43 seconds later (4:40).
