Wisconsin, will be held at the Green Bay Area Public Schools District Office, 200 S. Broadway, Green

Bay, Wisconsin, Room #331, unless otherwise stated.

SPECIAL BOARD MEETING - CLOSED SESSION has been scheduled for Monday, October 19,

2015, immediately following the adjournment of the Regular Board Meeting (which begins at 5:30 p.m.)

at the Green Bay Area Public Schools District Office Building, 200 S. Broadway, Green Bay, WI 54303,

Room #337, pursuant to Wisconsin Statute 19.85 (1) (c) Considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body

has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility and pursuant to Wisconsin Statute 19.85 (1) (f) Considering financial, medical, social or personal histories or disciplinary data of specific persons, preliminary

consideration of specific personnel problems or the investigation of charges against specific persons

except where par. (b) applies which, if discussed in public, would be likely to have a substantial adverse

effect upon the reputation of any person referred to in such histories or data, or involved in such problems

or investigations, to wit: personnel matter(s); pursuant to Wisconsin Statute 19.85 (1) (e) Deliberating or

negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other

specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session, more

specifically, to wit: potential contracts; pursuant to Wisconsin Statute 19.85 (1) (e) Deliberating or

negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other

specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session, more

specifically, to wit: negotiation of collective bargaining agreements; pursuant to Wisconsin Statute 19.85

(1) (c) Considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility, to wit: employee

compensation; and pursuant to Wisconsin Statute 19.85 (1) (g) Conferring with legal counsel for the governmental body who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the body

with respect to litigation in which it is or is likely to become involved, to wit: potential litigation

matter(s). The meeting will begin in Open Session to consider the appropriate motion for a Closed

Session so provided by law.

SPECIAL BOARD MEETING - CLOSED SESSION has been scheduled for Monday, October 26,

2010, beginning at 4:30 p.m. at the Green Bay Area Public Schools District Office Building, 200 S.

Broadway, Green Bay, WI 54303, Room #337 pursuant to Wisconsin Statute 19.85 (1) (f)

Considering financial, medical, social or personal histories or disciplinary data of specific persons,

preliminary consideration of specific personnel problems or the investigation of charges against

specific persons except where par. (b) applies which, if discussed in public, would be likely to have a

substantial adverse effect upon the reputation of any person referred to in such histories or data, or

involved in such problems or investigations; for the purpose of holding hearings under Wisconsin

Statute 120.13 (1) (c) to wit: to consider readmittance of student under expulsion. The meeting

will begin in Open Session to consider the appropriate motion for a Closed Session so provided by law.
