NOTES:The above inclusions are based on 100 guests minimum; for any formals under this number, additional service costs will be incurred.Available: Monday – Thursday, 6:30PM – 10:30PM.A minimum of two teachers are required to attend formals in a supervisory capacity for 100 guests, and another teacher for every hundred guests thereafter. Meals will be provided at a reduced cost for teachers, inclusive of T2 teas and freshly brewed coffee.The arrival will occur on the front steps and can only commence from 5:00PM; the guests will be lead through the House of Representatives Courtyard to the dinner space.Additional security costs will be applicable for events over 4h.

Additional Venue HireThe Members’ Bar Steeped in intrigue and culture, this historic 1948 space is a fitting and grand addition to any formal event.The Members’ Bar can be hired in addition to any package for service of alcoholic and/or non-alcoholic beverages, to delight guests of all ages.Add to the experience with a mixologist creating cocktails or mocktails live, with an interactive demonstration service throughout the night (additional service costs are applicable, please enquire with your Event Coordinator).Alcoholic beverages will be available on a cash bar basis only, for consumption within the Members’ Bar premises.Please note that this is only available for Year 12 formals, and photo ID will be required upon beverage purchase.

Terms & ConditionsBookingSchool formals must be booked by the school principal or a department head. A minimum of two teachers must attend for the duration of the event. The school will be held liable for any damage incurred during the event.

Bar serviceAlcoholic beverages are available for purchase for Year 12 formals only. Guests must purchase and consume alcoholic beverages within the Member’s Bar under a cash sale format. Photo identification will be required.

Event durationThe school formal package price is based on the event commencing at 6.30pm and concluding at 10:30PM Monday to Thursday evenings. Additional charges will apply should you wish to commence earlier. Please note that all guests must vacate premises by 11:00PM.

Special dietary requirementsRestaurant Associates cater for a wide variety of dietary requirements. Please speak to your Events Coordinator if any of your guests have special requirements and we will be happy to tailor a menu to suit your needs.

Final confirmed numbersFinal numbers, a seating plan and a completed run sheet must be provided in writing 10 business days prior to the function date. These numbers will form the basis for invoicing. Minor increases to confirmed numbers can be accommodated after that time and will be charged accordingly. Any reduction in numbers will not alter the invoiced cost.

Menu and pricingPricing for packages will remain current for 2016. Restaurant Associates reserves the right to substitute any ingredient of menu if unavailable through market at the time of event.
