ABSTRACT
The objective of this study is to examine the performance of Keadilan Center
based on context, input, process and output framework. Questionnaires were
administered to the respondents from general public (978 respondents) and staff of the
center (163 respondents). Data was analyzed using descriptive tools and content analysis.
The findings show that in regard to context the committee rated the mission of the
centers as very suitable. The existence of the Centers was made known to the Public
through community leaders and volunteers. However, their awareness on the existence of
the centers was low. Concerning input, the committee were appointed by community
leaders. Budget and office equipment were inadequate. Rather, the center had no
permanent offices. In terms of process, the ability to discharge its duties was rated as
moderate. The centers employed self-evaluating system and used the findings of self-
evaluation exercise in improving and resolving their functions. Yet the Committee were
lack of management knowledge, inefficient discharging of functions, and having no
performance records. The public moderately satisfied with the services provided at the
centers, and were of the opinions that the staffs were not clear about their roles and lack
of participation. In regard to output, respondents rated the performance of the centers as
moderate. They, however, strongly believed that the centers could benefit the
community and should make continuously available. In order to be more successful,
government agencies and other related organizations should provide financial supports to
the center.

The strategy of building a peaceful society: Understanding,
Accession and Explication of the Prophet Muhammad
MA.IRK. (), International Islamic University Malaysia,
,
ABSTRACT
This academic paper has been prepared to study the development of the Islamic
Society of the Prophet Muhammad and analyze the strategy of building a peaceful
society: Understanding, Accession and Explication to solving problems in the southern
Thailand provinces.
The prophet Muhammad migrated into Madinah city after receiving an invitation
from Madinah populations together with promises to help and protect Prophet
Muhammad and all of the Immigrants from Makkah city. They not only believe in the
messengers of the Prophet Muhammad only. But also praised the appointment, and the
Prophet as their supreme leader. So the Prophet Muhammad is not the only prophet who
spread Islam. But manager and administrator in Madinah city as well.
The prophet Muhammad managed Madinah city on the basic rule of accurate
Faith and I'badah for Allah only. The administration used a similar strategy with Thai King
for solves the problem of southern Thailand, there are ; Understanding, Accession and
Explication.
The prophet Muhammad is the most successful people in the administration of a
variety of religious beliefs. He did not force everyone to Islam but he can rule all the love
and commitment to each other. That strategy has been successful. And as a guide to all
the managers and administrators should all be studied and applied in society.

ABSTRACT
This research is a qualitative case study research. The research aimed to find out
meaning and elements of a happy warm family as perceived by Muslim married female
teachers and to find out conditions associated with self-management and their
management within the family that leading to a happy family. Three Muslim female
teachers in some certain areas of three southern border provinces of Thailand were
selected through purposive sampling technique. The samples must be married for more
than 5 years and have at least 1 child in the family. The in-depth interview and content
analysis were used for data collection and data analysis respectively.
The research found out happy family as perceived by Muslim female teachers is
based on the Islamic teachings and leading the Islamic way of life. Happy family consists
of two elements; the emotional ties of family and the behavioral expression, including
delineating clear role and responsibilities, spending enjoyable-time together,
communication in the family, religious orientation, interactions between the family
members, expression of love in the family and encouraging the public mind.
The conditions associated with self-management of Muslim married female
teachers that lead to a happy family consist of the internal causes, i.e. leadership traits
and self-discipline and the external causes, i.e. good role model of the family members,
gender role development in childhood and effective time management. As for the
conditions related to management within the family, leadership characteristics and self-
discipline are found to be the internal causes whereas family planning, family adaptation,
religion-based problem solving, child raising methods, adhering the moral principles
pertaining to family life and good time management found to be the external causes.

ABSTRACT
The study addresses significant differences in the readings of the main seven
reading manners, with an attempt to document them through books of readings and
exegeses, and then to analyze them linguistically, trying superior, linguistic distinctions
among them that point out to linguistic miracles in some Quranic verses. The study
found multiple results, the most important them: first, that the difference between
readings occurs due to dotting and its neglect in some identical characters that converge
in writing, and the effect of the Qur'anic drawing. Second: that the difference occurs from
the grammatical and morphological issues due to conjunctional letters and guessable
meanings, consistency in wording and style; similarly that happens in terms of acoustic
characteristics owing to the properties of sections in Arabic. Third: each reading as a result
of the difference between various correct Quranic readings reveals a part of the graphical
aspects and then integrates all those aspects, while some draw attention to idiosyncratic
(fiqhi) rule, and verbalization agreement in line with psychological intoning.

ABSTRACT
This research was aimed at studying the vocal concept of Ibn Manzur in the Lisaan
al-Arab Dictionary, focusing vocal modifications. Descriptive analysis and historical
approaches were integrated. The research questions were how did Ibn Manzur study
places of articulation and characteristics of Arabic alphabets and how did he study vocal
modification.
The findings indicate the following:
1. Ibn Manzurs concepts on places of articulation tend to correspond to Khalil bin Ahmads. The articulators cover pharyngeal, coronal, labial, laminal denti-alveolar,
laminal alveolar, laminal lower-dental, laminal upper-dental, radical and dorsal. However,
they view differently in case of the place of articulation of Hamza: Khalil considers it a
coronal, while Ibn Manzur pharyngeal.
2. Ibn Manzur similarly views to Sibawaihu Ibn Junnii, Ibn Sina and Sakakii on four places of articulation including radical, laminal lower-dental, laminal upper-dental and
laminal denti-alveolar. Differently, the latter consider Dhod a dorsal.
3. Ibn Manzur concludes that the Arabic alphabets have three features: voiced sounds, ejective sounds and implosive sounds. The first feature is in accordance with Ibn
Junnii and the other two are similar to Sibawaihu Ibn Junnii and Ibn Sina.
