in and see their child’s performance, behavior and attendance .

To encourage students to become engaged and motivated readers, the English Department is initiating the "Read to Me" contest. Students will be given a reading

passage to be read to any teacher or administrator in the school, in the morning before the morning assembly, or during the break. We would also like to request



you, dear parents to encourage your child to practice reading at home. Thank you for your support and cooperation.

For the students’ safety, may we request the parents to stay in the waiting area near the reception office. They are not allowed to enter the school premises in the

morning, during school hours and in the afternoon. No parent can meet any staff member without appointment and the visitor’s pass.

Please make sure to read the correspondence book pages 4 & 5 for how the grades are accumulated in our evaluation system.
