NATIONAL HEALTH FUNDTender for the Renovation and Expansion of the Port Maria
Hospital Pharmacy
Scope: Renovation and Expansion of the Port Maria Hospital Pharmacy located at Trinity, Port Maria, St. Mary. The works include, but is not limited to: upgrading of existing electrical power supply with the inclusion of a standby generator and NHF connection to JPS Main; upgrading of all plumbing systems to meet public health requirements; expansion of the Pharmacy Council requirements such as larger dispensary, manufacturing areas, storeroom and lunch room for staff; additional dispensing and confidential windows and an outpatient window. The estimated duration of the project is eight (8) months and it is anticipated that the project will be completed in sections.
Eligibility: Bidders must submit with their bids a completed and signed Contractor’s Bid Form, a copy of your Tax Compliance Letter (TCL) or a copy of your Tax Compliance Certificate (TCC), if current/not expired and a copy of registration with the National Contracts Commission in the Building Construction category, Grade 2 or above in order to participate. Bidders must also provide, as part of their bid, a bid bond in the amount of $250,000.00
Site Visit: A site visit to discuss the requirements will be held at 10:00 a.m. on March 30, 2016. All potentially eligible bidders are encouraged to attend.
