In which the common man felt a mixed form of both stress relief and stress. Stress, either physiological or biological, is an organism's response to a stressor such as an environmental condition. Stress is the body's method of reacting to a condition such as a threat, challenge, or physical and psychological barrier. Stimuli that alter an organism's environment are responded by multiple systems in the body. Stress is part of being human, and it a help and motivate to get things done. The phrase ' healthy lifestyle' is an abbreviated definition of how should live if want to live a vibrant, active life with a healthy body and healthy mind. Creating a healthy lifestyle does not have to mean drastic changes. Making gradual small changes to diet and activity habit can have a big impact. we can train our counter-stress responses or parasympathetic nervous system through Yogic practices. With regular yoga practice, chronic daytime stress hormone levels drop and heart rate variability increases, which is measure of ability to tolerate stress. Effective stress management technique can help to break the stress in the life, so any one can be happier, healthier, and more productive. The goal is, a balanced life, with time for work, relationships, relaxation, and fun as well as the resilience to hold up under pressure and meet challenges like COVID-19 ahead. But stress management is not of that type in which one size fits to all. That is why stress management becomes an important issue to be discussed.
