1. The Tenderer will be liable to pay 2% Ground Rent charges per week of the value of the WastePaper which has not been lifted as per the provision of contract Agreement to be executed. As regardBare Reel cores the contractor will be intimated about lifting when approximate truck load quantity isaccumulated. If the contractor has not lifted the same within a period of three weeks the Ground Rent @2% will be charged per week on the left over material.

time in addition to the contract rate on the sale proceeds of the material, removed by the contractorduring the pendency of the contract and it is to be remitted in DD towards the cost of materials, which isto be drawn in favour of Manager, GIP, Koratty. The contractor will also have to pay Income Tax aspayable, at source plus Surcharge if applicable, from the paper cost bill. If there is any exemption in thisregard,copy of the Govt. order may be produced or it will be regulated and recovered from thecontractor at source.

5) A standard BoQ format has been provided with the tender document to be filled by all the bidders.Bidders are requested to note that they should necessarily submit their financial bids in the format providedand no other format is acceptable.
