These awards are for the purpose of encouraging contributions to the Patient Safety net regarding averted medication errors. When you get a name list of staff that have participated, please give them one certificate. You may write their name on the certificate on the line under the title. They will be included in a monthly drawing as well. You may choose any of the slide designs. These should go into the staff portfolio.
