Tolerator’s Profile Although they believe everyone
deserves to be different, Tolerators are mostly neutral. They don’t shun diversity, but don’t embrace it either.

• Plodders• Followers• Innovators• Harmonizers• Show-offs

• The plodders are the determined ones in the group. Once they stick to something, they finish it.
•Followers are like the leader assistants. When presented with a good idea, they make sure it is done right.
• Innovators offer the creativity in the group.

• The harmonizers job is to make sure everyone is at peace with one another. They make sure everyone cooperates.

Summary Habit six is all about learning to work
together with others in order to come up with the best solution possible. There is an action plan that goes along with it. It consists of five easy, yet effective steps. Teamwork is the key. Every person that belongs to a team plays a different role. Whether it’s being a show-off or a relaxed harmonizer, they are all critical in a team. Habit 6 comes in handy in all situations, varying from solving a problem with your best friend, or your great aunt.
