Recruited sales team for the 4 regions in the North Division. I pride myself on having excellent recruiting skills and value the impact of making the right decision, no matter how difficult. I feel reward when the team I mould produce results. Supported the divisional manager and national sales manager in recruiting for vacant RDM roles. I worked as part of the assessment team to ensure we recruited the right candidate. I also managed the second region throughout the recruitment process. Supported the national sales manager by completing store visits with newly recruited regional managers. This was built in to their induction plan.

I played a key part in national training academies across the country. This involved setting the events up, driving attendance and delivering the best possible experience for attendees. Further to this I supported further events ran by the national training manager.

I was selected to hold a lead role in both national sales conferences (2015/2016). My presentation style and ability to engage both one on one and large groups meant that I was one of only four managers picked to lead. There were circa 700 attendedees over these events.

I was selected from 16 managers to support our Nordic business. This involved meeting key stakeholders in Oslo and working on a plan to deliver an event. The main function of this role was to train the trainers, managing relationships with key distributors and facilitating the events.

I was invited to manage a pop up shop outwith my region. This involved set up, wind down and managing the team daily to deliver results.

I have been asked to support the CBM’s to manage some customer accounts. This involves managing relationships, planning and strategizing while building brand value.

Selected to re-launch Dyson with the independent channel. This involved understanding the new process to a high level, attending the Independent road show to engage and explain the new process to the channel leads.

I took a lead role in the launch/implementation of our new product range. I was one of three managers asked to support the launch of our new products. This involved working inside our retail partners to research product placement ensuring the success of the launch. Further to this I managed a sales academy for one of our key accounts.

Hosted divisional events for our retail partners. This involved building relationships with the sales directors/divisional directors and regional managers from key accounts.

In my role I present back to the senior team at Dyson monthly and the senior teams in our various channels weekly. I have been praised on my ability to engage at any level.
