Instructions to the Principals / Heads of the Institutions1. Attendance:The Principais of the Colleges are required to furnish attendance of all the

Students by calculating the attendance up to the last working day ofcourse/term. There is no provision for condonation of Attendance.

2. SCIST, Category-I and Management Quota students also have to pay allthe applicable examination fees, as per the following orders.i. Letter of Director of Medical Education No.MEH (3)/2212002-03,

3. AIl Repeaters Students including SC/ST/Category -I of all faculties are notexempted from the payment of examination fees. As per the Government lettervide No.SWL 229, BCA 80, dated L6lL2lL982.

The Institution should not collect Examination fees from the IneligibleStudents such as who have failed in IA marks and who are having shortage ofattendance as per the ordinances.- (For the eligibility to appear forexamination, Heads of the Institution may refer to RGUHS Ordinances/Notifications).

4. Some of the papers may have two QP codesi, but the examination fee is to be

collected as per paper and not as per QP code.

Submitting Freezed Hard copies of IA Marks; which are uploaded online to theRGUHS is Mandatory. Copy of the sarne must be kept under safe custody ofthe Principal and should be produced on demand by the University.

The "l.A Marks" received after the last'date of submission will not be

considered for declaration of result for which the Principal is solely heldresponsible, as per the RGUHS Circular No. Ex-I/UElILlMarks/1O5198-99dated 2L-L2- 1998.

Fitled application forms should be signed by both the Students and thePrincipal in the required. places. Photo generated in application forms shouldbe attested by the Principal. Kindly note facsimiles should not be used forsignatures.

The Principal should verify all the fiIIed application forms for eligibility ofstuddnts and submit to the Registrar (Evaluation) on or before the specifieddates by insured post or authorized person. The principal will be held soielyresponsible if non-eligible Students are permitted to write examination.
