1. Login

To log into GLOBEX, the user can go to the link:

http://180.179.206.195/workflow/

Alternately, the user can click on the link ‘Globex’ in the Interface.

The user can enter their ‘Login Name’ (IHS Code) and ‘Password’, and then select ‘LOGIN’. This will

redirect the user to the main page of GLOBEX.

Note: If the user has access to different teams on GLOBEX, they have to select the team in the drop-

down option.

2. Landing page

On the top-right corner of the page, the user’s ‘Name’ and ‘Designation’ are shown alongside the

‘Welcome’ message. The user can log out of the session by selecting the ‘Logout’ option. They can

change their password by selecting the ‘Change Password’ option.

The user can navigate through the different menu options by hovering over the menu items (in the

above image, ‘Batch Summary’, ‘Reports’, ‘Clarification Report’, ‘Error Report’, and ‘Entry’).

Highlighting the menu option will expand the drop-down to display the available options. The

available menu options will differ per user according to their access levels and scope of work.

By highlighting ‘Batch Summary’, the user can access the batch information available to them. By

clicking on the available numbers (in the above example, ‘4’ or ‘7’), the user can access the detailed

information regarding the batches.

By highlighting ‘Reports’, the user can access the reports available to them. By clicking on the

available options (in the above example, ‘Efficiency Report’, ‘Support Function Report’, and ‘View

Performance’), the user can pull up the required reports.

By highlighting ‘Clarification Report’, the user can access the clarification reports available to them.

By clicking on the available options (in the above example, ‘Demo’), the user can pull up the

required reports.

By highlighting ‘Error Report’, the user can access the error reports available to them. By clicking

on the available options (in the above example, ‘Demo’, ‘Charge’, and ‘Payment’), the user can pull

up the required reports.

By highlighting ‘Entry’, the user can access the entry page. By clicking on the available options (in

the above example, ‘Support Function Page’), the user can access the entry options.

In GLOBEX version 1.2, the landing page has been completely redesigned to provide the user with

their updated production details and attendance details. The user can view their ‘Efficiency’,

‘Accuracy’, ‘Swipe Hours’, and ‘PT hours’ for the month till the previous date as shown in the above

image. The details will be displayed for each day of the month till the previous date, with the first

entry in the table being the last date’s data. The efficiency and accuracy are given as percentages,

and clicking on the numbers will give the user detailed information.

On the right-hand side of the landing page, there are two gauges that display the average efficiency

for the user for the month (till the previous date), and the average accuracy for the month (till the

previous date).

As shown in the images above, if the user has not achieved the minimum expected efficiency and

accuracy, their numbers will be displayed in red. If they achieve the minimum threshold, their

numbers will be displayed in green. This provides the user with a snapshot of their current

production numbers for the month.

At the bottom of the page, there is an option for the user to search by ‘Batch Number’. When the

user enters the batch number and clicks ‘Search’, it opens up a pop-up with the search results, as

shown in the image below.

The user can view further details by clicking on the Batch number in the ‘Batch Details’ pop-up.
