The concept is simple: agreementshave been set up with investment houses worldwide allowing usto link to specially selected funds chosen on the basis ofperformance and investment expertise. These mirror funds canonly be accessed using the FPIL investment products.

This Guide has been produced to help you choose the mirrorfunds you would like to include as investments in your GlobalWealth Manager or Global Wealth Builder. It should be read inconjunction with the relevant product literature, together withour individual Fund Reports, which will give you access to theinformation necessary to help with your investment decisions.The product literature and Fund Reports can be found on ourwebsite at www.fpinternational.com/singapore

Valuation frequency and availabilityof unit prices

Valuations are carried out on all business days inthe Isle of Man as appropriate for the individualfund. Unit prices are issued daily atapproximately 5 p.m. (UK time) and are availableon our website. Units in the mirror funds arebought and sold using the ‘bid’ (selling) price.

Please note that some mirror funds do notprice on a daily basis – any affected fundshave been clearly marked on the individualFund Reports, available on our website atwww.fpinternational.com/singapore

Fund charges

As is common with this type of investment,there are charges deducted by both FPIL andthe external investment managers at eachvaluation point before calculating the unit price.Details of these charges can be found in theFund Reports, available as detailed above.

Risk profiles

Each mirror fund has been carefully assessedand a risk profile allocated:

• Grade 1 – mirror funds offering conservativereturn similar to money market rates

• Grade 2 – low risk mirror funds offeringsecurity and potential growth

• Grade 3 – these mirror funds take a balancedapproach to investment by holding a diverseportfolio of assets

• Grade 4 – a more focused equity exposureprovides good growth potential with the risk ofshort-term volatility

• Grade 5 – these aggressive mirror fundsbalance the risk of high volatility with thepotential for high capital growth.
