RECOMMENDATIONS:

• Response rate shows that most people get information through myaiesec.net, e-mail and national level which are majorly from the Global Newsletter Issues.

• Ensuring optimum and timely delivery of every issue of the global newsletter should of high priority by every individual involved.

• Facebook is the most used social media community to receive information, so we should also focus on driving engaging contents and conversations to grow the usage. This help increase our customer centricity.

How we could Improve ? From survey response rate about 61% response just check the Facebook groups once in a while

or sometimes. So to improve on the usage and engagement, we should develop contents that can better engage the members of the groups. The Internal Communications team came up with the “LEADERSHIP THURSDAY” initiative to better engage and drive conversations.

Also as regards the Global Newsletter, the Leadership stories have helped grown clicks and reads. We need to work on making the release efficient and timely.
