Tng quan v h ta khun
Dng lnh Mold CSYS nh v tr li cc chi tit cho ng hng v v tr trong khi lp ca khun.
Quy trnh thit lp h ta cho khun bao gm :
1. nh hng cho sn phm hng p ng trc Z. 2. nh hng sn phm sao cho mt phn khun nm mt XY so vi khun

Khi chn hng th nht l trc X, cch b tr balanced four cavity layout s nh hnh bn di.
Trong hnh, hng X-axis (1) l hng th nht. hng th (2) t ng xoay ngc 90 so vi hng vector u.
Bn cng c th xc nh khong cch sao chp offset gia cc lng khun khc nhau gia hng th nht v hng th 2.

1. Dng modul Modeling to u li trt trong li hoc lng khun. 2. Thit lp WCS tm di ca u, Z+ l hng y, Y+ l hng undercut.
3. Thm phn thn. Click OK hoc Apply. 4. (Optional) Click Reposition di chuyn hoc xoay li trt nu cn. 5. Nu cn o li u li trt v hiu chnh li n. 6. Dng WAVE Geometry Linker lin kt phn u v phn thn ri unite.

Cung phun
