Getting Started with ATP Mobile
STEP 1: Within User Settings, your administrator for the ATP Aviation Hub needs to assign MAU - Mobile User App to each user and click Save. The ATP Mobile application will not work until this step is completed for each user. NOTE: The ATP Mobile service is included with your ATP library subscriptions. You must be an ATP Aviation Hub Admin to update the services available to a user.
STEP 2: Download the ATP Mobile application from the following online stores.
Device Locate the Store Icon on the Device… Search For… Windows Windows Store ATP Aviation Hub Android Play Store ATP Aviation Hub Apple iOS App Store ATP Aviation Hub
STEP 3: After you download the application from the store, start the ATP Mobile application and register the device and create a PIN number. Use your ATP Aviation Hub username and password to register the device.
Using My Library on ATP Mobile On Device - Displays
content downloaded to the device
My Library - Displays all content available from the
Hub when connected to Wifi or cell service
Search - Enter the manufacturer, model, or title text of the publication you want to view. Sync - Download marked content to the device. If the content was previously downloaded, it will check and download updates. Status Line - Appears Green when connected online to Wi-Fi or cell service. Appears Grey when offline and My Library is disabled. Menu Options (depend upon what is selected) – • View – display publication • Sync – download publication to device • Mark for Sync - select manufacturer, publication type,
or publication for download to device Profile – Switch to Profile service Backup/Restore – Load backup data stored on physical media. (See ATP Aviation Hub online help for more information.)
Using Profile on ATP Mobile
Checked Out By – Name of user currently using the locked profile Lock with Device Icon - Checked out and downloaded to your device Lock with World Icon - Checked out by another user My Library – Switch to My Library service
My Profiles - Displays your checked out profiles and profiles downloaded to the device
Profiles on Hub - Displays all profiles available from the Hub and appears when connected to Wi-Fi or cell service
Search – Search for a profile name by entering text Sync – Download marked profiles to the device, or upload changes made to downloaded profiles. Add – Create a new profile Sort – Sort to quickly locate the records you need. Menu Options: • Profile Details – display
customer information • Check Out – lock profile for
editing • Save As – create a duplicate
profile record • Save a Read Only copy – save

• Sync – download profile to device
• Mark for Sync - select profile for download to device
Viewing and Editing a Profile After opening a profile in the Profile tab, the profile details appear.
Search – Search for a component in the profile by category, manufacturer, or model Profile View – Lists the airframe, engine, and other components in the profile Compliance View – Displays the ADs by component for viewing or editing
Edit Profile Details – View and edit the customer information
Add – Add a component to the profile
Save – Save all edits to the profile (otherwise, the edits will not be saved). Close – Close the profile. Menu Options: • View Component – view and
edit component details (manufacturer, model, serial number, etc)
• View Component Details – view and edit component time
• Duplicate – create a duplicate of the component
• Delete – delete component
