Head over to Get Satisfaction and click on ltLearn More amp Get Startedgt
There are a number of different paid options but we will stick with the free one to startwith so click on ltSign us upgt

Anyone can create a customer community on Get Satisfaction
Enter the name of your organisation then click ltCheck for itgt to see if itrsquos available
Now add yourself as an employee of your organisation

It can take between 2-3 days for this to get approved (mine took one day)
