Our core business is public and private house building.
With over 8.000 apartments (2.700 of which built in the district of Latina), Gruppo Barletta has become a key player in the Italian market and particularly in Lazio region.
The residential touristic complex built near L’Aquila (600 apartments) and the complex in Castel Gandolfo (52 villas, 600 sq m each) are two perfect examples of innovation in years such as 1968 and 1972.
Gruppo Barletta has been active also in Abruzzo, Tuscany, Calabria, Puglia, Basilicata and Marche, as well as in Germany, Switzerland and Saudi Arabia.
Since the 90’s, our Group has been looking ahead by offering different solutions both in the finance and receptive tourism sectors. We specialized in turning structures into hotels that eventually increased their value.
After 60 years, Gruppo Barletta is still looking ahead, opening innovative construction sites and planning the renovation of properties for hotel and residential use.

Con oltre 8.000 appartamenti costruiti (2.700 solo nella provincia di Latina), il Gruppo è diventato un punto di riferimento autorevole dell’edilizia italiana ed uno dei protagonisti principali della regione Lazio.
Il complesso turistico residenziale realizzato vicino a L’Aquila (600 appartamenti) e il complesso di Castel Gandolfo (52 ville di 600 mq l’una) sono due delle opere innovative in anni quali erano il ‘68 e il ‘72.

Gruppo Barletta has been active for almost 60 years, in Italy and abroad. Since the 90’s, we fully dedicate and manage private and business building sites, from construction to sale, from promotion to finance management.
All the investments in the Italian and European largest cities are driven to revamp buildings
and areas. Following the renewal process, these are turned for hotel use and eventually managed by the Group for at least a three year period: a starting phase leading to a real, functional surplus value. Reconversion, starting phase and business planning are the additional values we assure to avoid any possible real estate risk.
We provide hotel management to structures we built as well as third party hotels. As today, we still fully manage some of the properties revamped in the past.

DIVERSIFICARE CONVIENE. Il Gruppo Barletta costruisce in Italia e all’estero, da quasi 60 anni. Dagli anni ‘90 si dedica full time a cantieri privati e commerciali che gestisce autonomamente dalla costruzione alla vendita, dalla promozione alla gestione finanziaria.
Tutti gli investimenti nelle grandi metropoli italiane ed europee sono pensati per riqualificare strutture o aree che dopo un processo di conversione e ristrutturazione vengono convertite in attività alberghiere o residenziali che, successivamente, sono gestite dal Gruppo per almeno un triennio o messe sul mercato. Una fase di avviamento che genera un vero plusvalore funzionale. Riconversione, avviamento e pianificazione commerciale costituiscono l’extra valore con il quale il Gruppo Barletta si assicura da ogni rischio immobiliare.
L’attività di gestione alberghiera oltre che per le strutture in start up di propria costruzione viene pianificata anche per gli hotel di proprietà. Alcuni immobili riconvertiti negli anni sono stati mantenuti e, tutt’oggi, sono gestiti direttamente.
