The Roads Scholar program consists of maintenance related training sessions offered by the Oregon T2 Center. Level 1 includes ten core classes, RS-1 through RS-10, four hours each, and the Level 2 program includes eight core classes, RS-11 through RS-18, six hours each.

Start or continue on your path to becoming a Level 1 Roads Scholar by attending RS-3 Paving Materials and RS-4 Environmental BMPs 1.

If you have attained your Roads Scholar Level 1 certification, consider taking the Level 2 class, RS-14 Roadway Safety Fundamentals 1. Attendance is limited to 40 pre-registered students with preference given to RS Level 1 scholars. To pre-register for RS-14, please contact Linda Milligan at 503-986-2855 or by email at [email protected]. Managing Private Water Quality Facilities Clean Water Services and its member cities implemented a program to inspect and educate property owners on proper maintenance of private water quality facilities.
