M-800 Series 2, 3, 5-Valve Manifolds for Bottom Mount EJA/EJX Transmitters The PGI M-800 Series two-valve, three-valve and five-valve manifolds are designed for use with the bottom-mount configuration used on the EJA/EJX transmitters. These wafer style manifolds provide a retrofit to similar existing installations found in many plants. Unlike the “special” dimensions found on non-traditional manifolds, the M-800 Series manifolds adapt to the 2-1/8” center-to- center process connections found on the industry standard traditional flanges. Optional mounting bracket bolt holes are available and process connections match existing co-planar installations, enabling the customer to retrofit existing installations with minimal effort. The existing mounting bracket and impulse piping can be used, as well as existing wiring and power supply. The PM Series are specifically designed for the Power Industry to meet its specific pressure and temperature requirements. Pipestand Mounting The standard mounting bracket holes allow the manifold to be mounted prior to the installation of the transmitter and easily removed when necessary. Co-planar Retrofit The M-800 Series manifold is designed specifically to fit into existing co-planar installations that use integrally mounted manifolds. 5-Year Stem Seal Warranty The Teflon ® Pressure-Core ® Stem Seal design provides leak-free performance with no maintenance requirements. The Teflon shell offers the desired chemical resistance without periodic gland tightening as required with conventional designs. Integral Hard Back Seats Hard back seats protect against stem blowout and form a secondary seal in the open position. Non-Rotating Ball Seat Eliminates seat galling and ball creasing. Assures repetitive bubble tight leak-free sealing. Lower Torque High temperature applications requiring Grafoil ® stem packing are available in the new Low-Torque™ design. This unique stem seal requires 60% less torque to operate valves while providing the same pressure and temperature ratings. M-800 Series 2, 3, 5-Valve Manifolds for

Bottom Mount EJA/EJX Transmitters

The PGI M-800 Series two-valve, three-valve and five-valve manifolds are designed for use with the bottom-mount configuration used on the EJA/EJX transmitters. These wafer style manifolds provide a retrofit to similar existing installations found in many plants. Unlike the “special” dimensions found on non-traditional manifolds, the M-800 Series manifolds adapt to the 2-1/8” center-to-center process connections found on the industry standard traditional flanges.

Optional mounting bracket bolt holes are available and process connections match existing co-planar installations, enabling the customer to retrofit existing installations with minimal effort. The existing mounting bracket and impulse piping can be used, as well as existing wiring and power supply.

*1 = Hydrostatic leak tested in accordance with ANSI B16.5, to 1.5 MWP of transmitter for 1 minute. *2 = Nitrogen leak tested to transmitter or manifold MWP, whichever is less, for 10 minutes. For MWPs over 3600 psi, Hydrostatic leak test method is applied.
