THE FEI CODE OF CONDUCT
FOR THE WELFARE OF THE HORSE
The Fédération Equestre Internationale (FEI) expects all those involved in international equestrian sport
to adhere to the FEI’s Code of Conduct and to acknowledge and accept that all times the welfare of the
horse must be paramount and must never be subordinated to competitive or commercial influences.
1 At all stage during the preparation and training of competition horse, welfare must take
precedence over all other demands. This includes good horse management, training methods,
farriery and tack, and transportation.
2. Horses and competitors must be fit, competent and in good health before they are allowed to
compete. This encompasses medication use, surgical procedures that threaten welfare or safety,
pregnancy in mares and the misuse of aids.
3. Events must not prejudice horse welfare. This involves paying careful attention to the
competition areas, ground surfaces, weather conditions, stabling, side safety and horse fitness of
the horse for onward travel after the event.
4. Every effort must be made to ensure that horses receive proper attention after they have
competed and that they are treated humanely when their competition careers are over. This
covers proper veterinary care, competition injuries, euthanasia and retirement.
5 The FEI urges all involved with the sport to attain the highest levels of education in their areas
expertise

UNTUK KESEJAHTERAAN KUDA
Fédération Equestre Internationale (FEI) mengharapkan semua yang terlibat dalam olahraga berkuda
diseluruh dunia untuk mematuhi Kode Etik FEI dan untuk mengakui dan menerima bahwa setiap saat
kesejahteraan kuda harus menjadi yang terpenting dan tidak boleh disubordinasikan atas pengaruh
persaingan / pertandingan maupun komersial.
1. Pada semua tahap selama persiapan dan pelatihan kuda kompetisi, kesejahteraan harus
didahulukan dari semua tuntutan lainnya. Ini termasuk penerapan tata cara pemeliharaan kuda
yang baik, baik metode pelatihan, penapalan, perlengkapan dan transportasi.
2. Kuda dan atlit yg akan bertanding harus dalam keadaan sehat, memiliki kemampuan dan
kesehatan yang bagus sebelum diizinkan untuk bersaing. Ini juga meliputi penggunaan obat-
obatan, prosedur bedah yang mengancam kesejahteraan atau keselamatan, kehamilan, dan
penyalahgunaan alat bantu.
3. Semua kegiatan harus tidak boleh mengesampingkan kesejahteraan kuda. Ini meliputi
petimbangan yang cermat atas arena pertandingan, permukaan yang rata, kondisi cuaca,
masalah kandang, faktor keselamatan dan kesehatan kuda untuk melakukan perjalanan
selanjutnya setelah acara.
4. Segala upaya harus dilakukan untuk memastikan bahwa kuda mendapat perhatian yang tepat
setelah mereka berkompetisi dan bahwa mereka diperlakukan secara manusiawi ketika masih
dapat berkompetisi maupun setelah afkir. Ini mencakup perawatan hewan yang tepat, cedera
kompetisi, eutanasia, dan pensiun.
5. FEI mendesak semua yang terlibat dengan olahraga ini dapat mencapai tingkat pengetahuan
tertinggi dalam bidang keahlian mereka.

II. GENERAL RULES AND REGULATIONS
ENTRY and THE FEE/ PENDAFTARAN DAN BIAYANYA Entry fees for each class are shown in the competition schedule/ Biaya pendaftaran sebagaimana yang tercantum pada daftar dan jadwal pertandingan.
Riders are nor allowed to enter the competition arena before all payment is done / Atlit yang belum membayar biaya pendaftaran tidak boleh memasuki arena pertandingan.
Entry fees are not refundable, changing class is allowed/ Biaya pendaftaran tidak dapat diuangkan kembali tetapi pindah/ ganti kelas diperbolehkan.
Entries may be made in person or organized by clubs, and send via email or WhatsApp to organizing committee together with waiver and liability form. / Pendaftaran harus dibuat per orang atau diorganisir oleh klub dan dikirim ke email atau WhatsApp panitia bersamaan dengan formulir pelepasan hak dan tanggung jawab. WAIVER FORM
Waiver form must be fiiled ang signed by each rider participating in the event. Riders under the age of 18 must have guardian consent. To be returned with entry forms. Formulir pelepasan hak harus diisi dan ditandatangani oleh masing - masing atlit. Atlit yang masih berusia dibawah 18 tahun harus memiliki (ditandatangani) oleh walinya.
GENERAL CONDITION
They provided with trash bin at the surround of venue and stable area for the deposition of dung and other refuse. The dung must be removed from the sawdust daily and disposed of in a proper manner. At the end of competition, all stables must be cleaned of all dung and left over feed. The stables and other areas occupied by participants must be kept clean and tidy at all times. You are not allow to burn sawdust or any other material inside the stable. Cooking inside the stable is not permitted. Disediakan tempat sampah di sekitar area tempat pertandingan dan kandang untuk penampungan kotoran kudan dan sampah lainnya. Setiap hari kotoran kuda harus diangkat dari serbuk gergaji dan dibuang dengan cara yang tepat. Pada akhir pertandingan semua kandang harus dibersihkan dari semua kotoran dan sisa - sisa pakan. Kandang kuda dan sekitarnya yang ditempati harus selalu terjaga kebersihan dan kerapihannya. Anda tidak diperkenankan membakar serbuk gergaji atau material apapun lainnya di dalam kandang. Memasak dalam kandang juga tidak diperbolehkan.
INSURANCE All horse owners and competitors are personally responsible for damages to third persons caused by themselves, their employees, their agents and their horses. They are therefore strongly advised to take out third party insurance providing full coverage for participation in equestrian events at home and abroad, and to keep their policy up to date.

Semua pemilik kuda dan peserta pertandingan harus bertanggung jawab secara pribadi atas segala kerusakan / kerugian yang timbul, baik yang disebabkan oleh diri mereka sendiri, karyawannya atau orang ketiga lainnya serta oleh kuda mereka. Oleh karena itu sangat disarankan mengambil asuransi yang menyediakan perlindungan dalam acara event-event equestrian di dalam maupun di luar negeri dan menjaga agar polis asuransi tetap mutaakhir. RULES OF COMPETITION Some rules of this event will use in house rules that provided by Organizer any other rules not describe in the in-house rules will run under the Fédération Equestre Internationale (FEI). In any circumstance where FEI are not available the Organizing Committee will have the authority to make decision. Beberapa peraturan pada event ini akan menggunakan peraturan internal yang dibuat oleh Panitia. Peraturan lain yang tidak ditetapkan dalam peraturan Internal akan berjalan menggunakan peraturan FEI. THE OC RESERVE THE RIGHT / PENYELENGGARA BERHAK UNTUK: Alter advertised times if necessary / Mengubah waktu iklan jika diperlukan. Cancel, divide or combine any class or its event / Membatalkan, membagi atau
menggabungkan kelas - kelas pertandingan, atau bahkan eventnya sekalipun. Change the schedule, rules, article or test dressage dipending on the entries or other
conditions/ Merubah jadwal, aturan, artikel atau test dressage bergantung pada jumlah pendaftar atau kondisi lainnya.
Refuse any entry / Menolak pendaftaran. Increase or decrease the height of the obstacles depending on the entries or other
conditions / Menaikkan dan menurunkan tinggi rintangan bergantung pada jumlah peserta atau kondisi lainnya.
APPEALS / PROTES Complaints and appeals must be in writing to the Ground Jury, signed by the authorized person from the club making the complaint and presented personally the Ground Jury together with any supporting note evidence and names of witnesses and the deposit of Rp. 1,000.000,-. Complaints must be made not later then 30 minutes after the result are announced. If the complaint is accepted OC will refund the deposit conversely if the complaint is not accepted the deposit will remain with the OC. Refer to the FEI Art. 167 Of General Rules & regulations for more details. Protes dan banding harus dengan tertulis ditujukan kepada Dewan Juri dan ditandatangani oleh penaggungjawab klub masing masing yang membuat protes dan diserahkan langsung kepada Dewan Juri dengan disertai bukti - bukti dan catatan pendukung lainnya serta nama - nama saksi yang mengetahuinya dengan disertasi uang Jaminan sebesar Rp. 1,000,000,- (Satu juta rupiah). Protes harus dilakukan selambat - lambatnya 30 menit setelah hasil pertandingan diumumkan. Jika protes diterima, Panitia akan mengembalikan uang jaminan tapi sebaliknya jika protes tidak diterima maka uang jaminan menjadi hak panitia. (Lihat peraturan FEI Art. 167 dari Peraturan Umum)

Riders are responsible for displaying the correct number on their horses at all time. Panitia tidak menyediakan dan tidak membagikan nomor kuda. Atlit harus bertanggung jawab menyediakan dan selalu memasang dengan benar.

DESCRIPTION OF CLASSES/ KETERANGAN KELAS - KELAS:
1. JUMPING TEAM:
Class for Team Jumping is CS-16B (90cm) with article 273.4.2 (two round with jump-off)/ Kelas untuk Jumping Tim adalah CS-16B (90cm) dengan menggunakan peraturan artikel 273.4.2 (dua putaran dengan jump-off).
Team can be from MILITARY and NON MILITARY/ Tim boleh dari MILITER dan NON MILITER.
Horse that compete in Team Jumping Class (CS-16B) are not allowed to compete in class 110cm and above in this competition / Kuda yang akan mengikuti kelas Jumping Team (CS-16B) tidak diperbolehkan mengikuti kelas 110cm keatas dalam pertandingan ini
Each Team must submit 3 combination from the same club ( for NON MILITARY)/ Setiap Tim harus mendaftarkan 3 kombinasi dari klub yang sama (untuk peserta NON MILITARY)
Each Team must submit 3 combination from the same Company (Kompi) or the same Unity ( for MILITER)/ Setiap klub harus mendaftarkan 3 kombinasi dari kompi yang sama atau kesatuan yang sama (untuk peserta dari MILITER).
2 best combination result will be count to determine the winner/ hasil dari 2 kombinasi terbaik akan di ambil untuk menentukan pemenangnya.
20 penalty point from the highest penalty will be added to the combination that got eliminate / dua puluh angka penalti dari penalti terbesar akan ditambahkan kepada kombinasi yang tereliminasi.
TOTAL PRIZE MONEY for this Jumping Team is Rp. 12 MILLION
2. PP PORDASI will sponsor the prizes for the winner of Class EX-RACE HORSE. The total of prize
money allocated for this class CS-10C is Rp. 10,000,000,- (ten million rupiah)./ PP PORDASI akan
menyediakan sponsor untuk para pemenang kelas CS-10C ini. Total hadiah yang dialokasikan
adalah sebesar Rp. 10,000,000,- (sepuluh juta rupiah).
INHOUSE RULES
GENERAL:
1. OPEN CATEGORY; are open for riders of all ages and horses of all grades.
Kategori OPEN; terbuka bagi semua penunggang dan kuda di semua umur dan level.
2. JR (Junior) CATEGORY; are open for the riders until up to 18 years old in 2019.
Kategori JR (Junior); untuk para atlit yang berusia hingga sampai dengan 18 tahun di akhir tahun 2019.
3. YR (Young Rider) CATEGORY; are open for the riders until up to 21 years old in 2019.
Kategori YR (Young Rider); untuk para atlit yang berusia hingga sampai dengan 21 tahun sampai akhir 2019.
4. CHD (Children) CATEGORY; are open to the riders up to 14 years old in 2019.2.
Kategori CHD (Children) ; untuk para atlit yang berusia hingga sampai dengan 14 tahun sampai akhir 2019.
5. Riders will be eliminated if enter the class of wrong age category.
Peserta akan dianggap tersisih jika bertanding dengan kategori umur yang salah.
6. If there is only Junior Category available (No Children Category) then, the Children Riders may start in the Junior Category.
Jika dalam suatu kelas hanya tesedia kategori Junior (tidak tersedia kategori Children), maka Atlit usia
Children dapat mengikuti kelas kategori Junior tersebut.

7. If there is only Young Rider Category available (No Children dan No Junior Category) then, the Children Riders and Junior Riders may start in the Young Rider Category.
Jika dalam suatu kelas hanya tesedia kategori Young Rider (tidak tersedia kategori Children dan Junior), maka Atlit usia Children dan Junior dapat mengikuti kelas kategori Junior tersebut.
COMBINED CLASSES:
3 pcs of Trophies and also Prize Money from PP PORDASI will provide and will be awarded to the
overall winner Combined Classes during 2019 events that sanction by PP PORDASI.
Tiga buah piala dan Hadiah Uang Pembinaan dari PP PORDASI akan disediakan dan akan
dihadiahkan untuk pemenang utama dari pertandingan pertandingan yang masuk dalam
kalender tahunan PP PORDASI tahun 2019.

Dressage Team and Jumping Team in this event. PP Pordasi juga akan menyediakan 2 buah Piala dan Hadiah Uang untuk pemenang Tim Klub,
masing - masing untuk Dressage dan Jumping.
1 Club Team consist of 3 combination in the 3 different classes and different category and must declare before competition start.
1 Club my submit more than 1 teams. Any rider in the team competing more than 1 horse, the horse for team must be declared
before competition start and must start earlier before other horses. Dressage Team consist of 3 classes: Preliminary FEI CHD, Elementary JR and Medium SR. The Highest total percentage score of the 3 combination in these 3 different classes will
classify as the winner. Jumping Team consist of 3 classes: Jumping 30-50cm CHD, Jumping 100cm JR and Class
Jumping 120cm Open but will only Result of the Senior Rider will be counted in the team classification).
The Smallest total penalties of the 3 combination in these 3 different classes will classify as the winner. If there is any tight in the penalty point the total time of the 3 combination will be counted to determine the winner.
If There is any eliminated (in case) the combination of team member:

In Jumping the penalty point will add 20 penalties from the highest penalty in each classes (not in each team).
In Dressage the will count 0 (zero) percentage.
JUMPING RULES:
1. In the NON-JUMPOFF classes BELOW 1 (one) meter an horse can be ridden by maximum three (3) time (entries) /day. Pada kelas - kelas non-jump off dibawah 1 (one) meter seekor kuda hanya dapat dipakai maksimal sehari 3 kali. 2. In the classes BELOW 1 (one) meter, 3 (three) refusals are allowed.
Penolakan sebanyak 3 (tiga) kali diperbolehkan pada kelas di bawah 1 (satu) meter. 3. No horse may take part with more than one rider in the same class in the jumping competition except in the 80 cm classes and below.
Kuda tidak boleh dipakai oleh lebih dari 1 (satu) penunggang pada kelas jumping yang sama, kecuali untuk kelas - kelas 80 cm dan dibawahnya.
4. Riders may submit 2 (two) or more entries with the same horse in the same course (classes) in different categories, with only 1 (one) time jump test and the result will counted to all category that their submitted.
Peserta diperbolehkan kudanya lebih dari 1 kali pada kelas yang memiliki tinggi rintangan yang sama tetapi berbeda kategori. Hanya dengan sekali tampil maka hasilnya akan dihitung di categori lainnya yang diikuti.
DRESSAGE:
1. All FEI Test classes will run under FEI Rules / Semua kelas dengan test dressage FEI menggunakan peratuaran FEI.
2. Horses that competing in the FEI Test may not be ridden by other riders (competitor/ trainer). Exception if the horses also use by other riders in Walk Trot, Introductory Walk Trot Canter and Preliminary Germany Test / Semua kuda yang ikut kelas - kelas dengan test FEI tidak boleh dinaik oleh orang lain (baik atlit maupun pelatih). Pengecualian jika kuda - kuda tersebut juga dipake oleh atlit lain di kelas Walk Trot, Introductory Walk Trot Canter dan Preliminary Test Jerman.
3. DRESSAGE WALK TROT TEST; spurs forbidden and whip allowed with maximum 1 meter / Dilarang memakai spur dan cambuk diperkenankan dengan panjang maksimal 1 meter.
4. DRESSAGE INTRODUCTORY WALK TROT CANTER & PRELIMINARY GERMANY TEST; spurs or whip maximum 1 meter are optional and allowed to use, but must choose one between spurs or whip / Spur atau cambuk dengan panjang maksimal 1 meter boleh dipakai, tetapi harus memilih satu antara spur atau cambuk.
5. DRESSAGE INTRODUCTORY WALK TROT CANTER & PRELIMINARY GERMANY TEST; Open to all horses from any level dressage test / Terbuka untuk semua kuda dari semua level kelas dressage.
6. SIDE REINS; allowed to use for tests: WALK TROT, INTRODUCTORY WALK TROT CANTER & PRELIMINARY GERMANY TEST / boleh di pakai untuk test - test: WALK TROT, INTRODUCTORY WALK TROT CANTER & PRELIMINARY TES JERMAN.
7. RIDER / HORSE COMBINATION; For all FEI Dressage Test A Rider / Horse combination is allowed to start in two different classes but no more than one level different. Example: Preliminari - Elementary, Elementary - Medium, Medium - Advanced, Advanced - Prix St. Georges etc./ Untuk semua kelas dengan tes FEI Atlit dan kombinasi kuda dapat mengikuti 2 kelas yang berbeda tetapi perbedaannya tidak boleh melebihi 1 level tes.

PRIZES & AWARDS - PRIZE GIVING CEREMONY
Participation in the prize-giving ceremony is MANDATORY with full attire. The Athletes who does not enter the prize-giving ceremony will loose the all prizes. Exception to this rules can be granted by the Ground Jury at specific cases.

It is regarded exhibition class if only one or two participants in the class, and the prizes
will not be provided. If there are only 3 participants in the class, the prize is allocated to the first and second winner only.
Akan dianggap kelas eksibisi jika dalam suatu kelas hanya diikuti oleh satu atau 2 peserta, oleh karenanya tidak disediakan hadiah apapun. Jika dalam satu kelas ada 3 peserta maka alokasi hadiah hanya untuk juara pertama dan kedua.
- AWARDS;
Rosset, Medal, Certificate and Prize Money or Voucher are provided for all classes / Roset, Medali, Sertifikat dan Hadiah Uang atau Voucher disediakan untuk semua kelas.
Total PRIZE MONEY for TEAM JUMPING is Rp. 12,000,000,- (Twelve million rupiah), with the detail distribution as below/ Total hadiah untuk Jumping Tim adalah Rp. 12,000,000,- (Dua belas juta rupiah) dengan pembagian sebagai berikut. 1st PLACE Rp. 6,000,000,- 2nd PLACE Rp. 4,000,000,- 3rd PLACE Rp. 2,000,000,-

In consideration for my permission to participate in the INDONESIA RIDER CUP (competition name) organized by
EQUINERPRO-DENKAVKUD-PORDASI ('the Organizers') at Detasemen Kavaleri Berkuda (DENKAVKUD),
Parongpong, Bandung Barat, on 22 - 24 March 2019 (dates), I agree:
i that prior to participating in any event, I will inspect the facilities and equipment to be used by me during
that event;
ii that I understand that I may be engaging in activities that involve risk of serious injury, including permanent
disability and death, and severe social and economic losses which might result from my actions or
inactions, but also from the intentional or negligent acts of others, from the rules of competition and their
application, from the condition of the premises and/or equipment, and from other causes now unknown or
not now reasonably foreseeable; and
iii to fully release, discharge and hold harmless the Organizer and its respective members, directors, agents,
employees, associates, staff and independent contractors from any and all claims, actions, liabilities and
causes of action which I may now have or which may accrue as a result of or incidental to my voluntary
participation in any of the sporting or non sporting activities incidental to or in connection with the
Competition.

I to abide by all the rules and regulations of the Organizer as in force from time to time;
ii to refrain from consuming alcoholic beverages or using any substances in a manner which would decrease
or impair my level of performance during my participation in the sporting activities of the Competition;
iii to refrain from unsportsmanlike conduct or any conduct bringing discredit upon the Competition including
without limitation physically or verbally assaulting or abusing any official, competitor, spectator, volunteer
or any person involved in the conduct and management of the Competition and that any such conduct may
meet with expulsion form the Competition and appropriate criminal or civil action against me; and
iv to be filmed, photographed or interviewed as a participant in the Competition when requested to do so by
any officer or official of the Organizer.
I acknowledge that I execute this 'General Release of Liability and Waiver' and ‘Acknowledgement of rules and
Regulations’ freely and voluntary, and do not rely on any inducements, promises or representations made by the
aforementioned organization or individuals involved in the Competition, or any person associated in any way with
the Competition.

I/we consent to the disclosure. By The INDONESIA RIDER CUP off all records relevant to his/her athletic
eligibility including, but no limited to his/her records relating the results, age, discipline, finances and
residence.
C. I/we grant The INDONESIA RIDER CUP the right to photograph and/or videotape my child/ward and
further to use said chid’s/ward’s name, face, likeness, voice and appearance in connection with
exhibitions, publicity, advertisng, promotional and commercial materials without reservation or
limitation. The INDONESIA RIDER CUP organizer however, is under no obligation to exercise said rights
herein.
D.I/we understand that the authorizations and rights granted herein are voluntary and that I/we may
revoke and or all of them at any time by submitting said revocation in writing to the The INDONESIA RIDER
CUP by doing so, however, I/we understand that my child/ward will no longer be eligible for participation
in any competitions
