Advantages of using Google Documents
Allows users to create, edit, store and share documents
online.

Users can pick which documents to share and with
whom to share them.

Documents can be shared in view or collaborative
mode.

Documents are "auto saved".3)
A document revision history is kept , past editions can be
viewed and "brought" back as the primary edition.

Documents can be uploaded to or downloaded from
Gdocs.

Documents can be printed directly from Gdocs include
PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Pdf's.

Please note that Office 2007 in not compatible with
Gdocs, these items need to be "saved as a 97 - 03
version".

Please note that documents printed from Gdocs are
printed as a pdf file. This requires the computer to have
the Adobe pdf reader installed on the computer doing
the printing.
