Turbine temperature sensors measure the temperature at different points in a
turbine from the exhaust temperature to the bearing temperature. This means
ambient temperature ranges up to 1,000 °C exhaust temperatures.
The constructionThe temperature sensors are made from mineral insulated materials with
a metal sheath from SS or higher quality, depending on the application.
The temperature sensors can be supplied as thermocouples or Pt100
elements. Thermocouples and Pt100 elements can be used in high vibration
constructions for typical applications such as a compressor which will be used
together with a turbine.
The mineral insulated construction is typically used in most applications, this
is due to the base material being bendable. If thermocouples are used, the
hot junction can be supplied grounded or insulated, depending on the type of
measurement which is required. The base material can be supplied complete
with a supporting batch certificate. Each temperature sensor will have a
standard functional test.
The superiority of our products is guaranteed by our Total Quality Management
System and ISO certificate. Our in-house calibration laboratory meets with the
stringent requirements of ILAC, Corfac, R.v.A. and other international NAMAS
certifications. This quality guarantee provides additional security and forms
