Maintenance Performance Manager United Utilities - 2015 – Present

Seconded to the strategic maintenance department to drive change within the Root Cause Fault Analysis (RCFA) team.

Designed, developed and implemented a new intergraded RCFA process that has within 12 months identified and helped to mitigate in excess of £5m of business risk.

Ensured the RCFA process is fully documented and measured via KPIs. This has reduced variation in performance and increased ownership, awareness and engagement with the process throughout the business.

Pro-actively managed a diverse stakeholder group, ensuring they can input into the process (increasing ownership) and receive valued focussed outputs.

Developed and delivered internal a Root Cause Fault Analysis training programme to other members of staff across the business, embedding these methodologies in BAU practices.
