Stage 1

Gamification by Yellow Sequoia

• Open design canvas– Like Angry Birds, players can try different scenes & kits or start with a blank landscape

• Single player – Support for synchronous player experiences. (Possibility of group play in version 2.0)

• Modular airplane parts– Various airplane parts available to ‘put together’ a design

• Social Share / Community– Log in for players to save designs– Share designs on social networks like Facebook & Twitter– Points for referring friends– Badges for helping others

Stage 2

Gamification by Yellow Sequoia

• Mini game (simulation)– Play to test your design– Learn principles of Physics that explain flight

• Investigate impact of design– Example: the use of multiple propellers may lead to a lot of power, but a lack of

proportional wing controls will result in lack of stability

• Refine & re-design– Modify your design– Make changes to size, materials and / or dimensions of modular parts

• Social Share / Community– Share designs on social networks like Facebook & Twitter– Points for referring friends– Badges for helping others
