Swimming for sport was to commence today but on cue the weather has turned
cold. Please ensure students still bring their swimming gear to school each
Tuesday, a decision on whether we go swimming or not will be made at lunch
time. Please check our Facebook page for any cancellations
Thank you to Cecil and Sally from the LCCC who visited our school last week to
promote the National Waterbug Blitz. It was wonderful to see all the students
engaged and interested in all the things that live in our Waterways.
This Saturday students will be performing at the ‘Hopening’ in McCann Park.
Their performance will take place around 6.30pm.
We would love to see you all there!
Next Wednesday, our Year 6 students have been invited to attend a Career’s Day
at the West Wyalong Hospital. Students will be involved in an interactive day
with representatives from nursing, radiography, physiotherapy and paramedics
explaining the roles involved in their job. This is sure to spark some thought of
what our students future aspirations may look like….
Reminder to students riding their bikes and scooters to school.
Please ensure you are wearing a helmet.
Bikes and scooters are to be walked through the school grounds.
