The temperatures written in this report are those defined by the lntemalional Temperature Scale of 1990 (ITS.90).

The combined standard uncertainty includes the standard uncertainty reported fot lhe standard, and the measurement process. No allowance is induded In the uncertainty ror lhermocouple drift and Inhomogeneity. The combined standard uncertainty is multiplied by a coverage factor of 2 to give an expanded uncertainty, which defines and Interval having a level of confidence of appt0x!mately 95 percent The expanded uncertainty presented In this report Is consistent wilh the JCGM1002008 Gulde to the Expression of Uncertainty In Measurement The expanded uncertainty Is not to be confused with a tolerance limit for the user during application Uncettalntles are not included In lhe determ!nation of acceptance. For purposes cf detennining conformance with these specifications. an obServed value or a calculated value shall be rounded In accordance with the rounding method of ASTM Practice E29-08

The standards of Pyromation LabOratoty are traceable to the International System of UnllS (SI) threugh NIST or other National Metrology Institute, and are part cf a comprehensive me85Ut8ment assurance program for ensuring continued accuracy end maasurement tracosbility within the IDYOI of uncertainty roportod by this laboratory. Tho labOl'Story report number ldenllfaed above Is the unique repott number lo be used In ruferencing measurement traceability for the Items Identified in this report only.

This calibration is compliant to ISOllEC 17025:2005 and ANSllNCSL Z540-1-1994; Part 1. This calibrallon repott applies only to the Items described. It shall not be used to dalm product certlflcallon, approval or endorsement by NVLAP, NIST, or any agency of the Federal Government.
