Thank you for considering Moo Moo The Wine Bar + Grill Gold Coast for your next function. We are located in the heart of cosmopolitan Broadbeach, overlooking Victoria Park, opposite The Sofitel Hotel and Jupiter’s Casino, adjacent to the Gold Coast Convention Centre.
Moo The Wine Bar + Grill Gold Coast is a multi-award winning restaurant, undoubtedly the Gold Coast's Best Steak Restaurant and one of Queensland’s premier restaurants.
In our first year of full operation it was awarded 2006 Gold Coast Best New Restaurant and Gold Coast Restaurant by the Restaurant Industry body -Restaurant and Catering Australia. The awards continued to flow in including; Gold Coast Restaurant of the year 2007 and
2012, Queensland's Best Informal Dining Restaurant 2007, and of course Queensland's Best Steak Restaurant numerous times!

Moo Moo Restaurant Group Executive Chef Trent Robson, works alongside quality boutique suppliers delivering menus that celebrate
fresh seasonal flavour all year round. Our menus cater for more than just beef lovers they celebrate fresh seafood, poultry, game,
vegetarian, vegan, halal and allergy specific dietary options are available.
To compliment the restaurant, the accompanying Moobar has become one of the Gold Coast's favourite hot spots! During the week the

guaranteeing the satisfaction of your guests. She will guide you through the wonderful dining experience options and create a
memorable event with you. Whether it’s an elegant intimate family dinner celebrating a special occasion or a sole trade business
dinner/wedding with all the additional trimmings... Moo Moo The Wine Bar + Grill Gold Coast is the perfect place for any function or

Having over 10 years of function experience the Moo Moo team are always prepared for your function needs! Moo Moo The Wine Bar +
Grill Gold Coast can cater for up to 150 seated guests or 250 standing guests Moo Moo is the perfect venue for;
Weddings - Charity events - Corporate dinners - Product launches – Celebrations
Our Functions Coordinator Amy looks forward to working with you to create a menu and event to suit your requirements, one that will
leave a lasting memory with your guests!
Groups smaller than 13pax may choose to dine A La Carte if they so wish.
Moo Moo’s house policy states that groups larger than 12 pax are catered to as a function table, choosing dishes from our function menus
attached. The dishes showcased for functions are our most popular dishes and we are certain you’ll enjoy them as much as we do!
Groups of 40 guests or less may select dishes from the limited choice menus you preselect for your guests. Your guests may choose their
own entree, main and dessert from the pre decided function menu you select (it will be printed and presented on tables with your company
logo or a celebration message if you so wish) *Please note groups larger than 25 pax will incur larger wait times, especially for main orders
as steaks are cooked to your guest’s request.
Shared entrees and/or desserts are a great way of speeding up the service if your group has any time constraints.
Groups larger than 40 guests must dine Alternate Drop, plating guest’s alternate options from the menu you preselect for them, feel free
to make your own alternate drop service from the Entrees, Mains and Desserts on any function menu and Amy will cost it to you according
to your selections.
We understand that not every group wants to dine Alternate Drop Style, so we are flexible and encourage you to communicate your
groups dietary requirements and preferences to Amy so she can make this work best for your guests needs, as we are an Award
Winning Steak Restaurant, we find that most guests would like to try one of our executive steaks so we often plate more Steak main
meals and less chicken/fish options, if you have any concerns about this style of service speak to Amy and she will do her best to be
flexible to your requests.

DINING OPTIONS
Moo Moo The Wine Bar + Grill Gold Coast is a vast open plan restaurant, spilling to alfresco seating overlooking Victoria Park.
We do not host any private dining sectors as such, however there are a many wonderful ways of dining within our restaurant
for large groups, some of our favourites are:
The Semi Privates-We host two side services on our two lower levels; one that is park facing that can be set as one long
boardroom table exclusively seating 13 guests. The other is restaurant facing and accommodates from 8- 14 guests, both in
blonde leather armoires and white linens. Ideal for special occasions and entertaining executives!
The Banquette -Can be set for up to 18 guests exclusively, one side is booth style seating and the other black leather wide
comfortable chaise lounges. When set the banquette appears to be one long table, however it does have a break in the middle
and can accommodate up to 2 tables of 9pax with a small gap between the 2 tables bathroom/bar access for those in booth
seats.
The Boss –Wow your guests and dine in style! The fabulous Long table is situated in front our wine wall and the entrance of
our main dining sector, accommodating 8-14 pax.
The Square- In the corner and close to the theatrics that take place in our kitchen and is sectioned off with hanging chain-
mesh from other diners the square table is often requested by guests that don’t want to be approached by other diners great
for business networking or an intimate family dinner!

Moo Moo The Wine Bar + Grill requires the following confirmations;
*Menu selection + Beverage package selections 7 days prior to your event.
*Final confirmed guest numbers 3 days prior to your event. (On the date of your event you will be charged for the finalized
figures held for you as confirmed 3 days prior to your booking)
*Nominated Payee must be advised 72 hours prior to your event. All payments MUST be finalised by the end of your service.
NO late payments are to received.
HOUSE POLICIES
*All guests will be dressed in suitable attire (smart casual)
*All guests will be respectful of other guests dining in the restaurant
*Moo Moo The Wine Bar + Grill’s Management & Staff Support Responsible Service of Alcohol. Licensing laws prohibit liquor
supply to the disorderly, unduly intoxicated and under age people. Guests showing signs of undue intoxication or disorderly
behaviour will be refused service and asked to leave the venue. This is a requirement of the Liquor Act 1982.
*Smoking is not permitted in any part of the restaurant; smoking is only to be in the designated area outside on Victoria Park,
ashtrays are provided.
*No beverages are to be taken outside, smokers must leave their drinks inside in the licensed areas, our bar team will watch
over beverages if you have to leave them unattended.
PAYMENTS + CHARGES
. Failure to pay your deposit in 7days will result in the forfeiting of your booking.
The deposit amount will be deducted from your final tax invoice. Reservations that
utilize sections exclusively may be required to pay up to 100% of their total bill in
advance. Some areas have minimum spends, our function coordinator will advise if this applies to your group.
We are more than happy to organise a tax invoice for your deposit payment if required.

FEES + CHARGES
Cancellation of function must be made 7 days prior to the function. A cancellation
fee of 50% applies if the booking is less than 72 hours before the scheduled
function. Cancellation of exclusive hire is required 2 weeks prior to the date of the function.
Failing to give 2 weeks’ notice of sole trade cancellation will result in full payments of
function being incurred.
Cakeage charge applies for any cakes not provided by Moo Moo. This is $3.50
per person; the surcharge includes cutting, plating and serving the cake.
Moo Moo the Wine Bar + Grill hosts a strict no BYO policy.
