HELICOID Epoxy Sleeve TM Technology that is simply the best
FULL COMPOSITE EPOXY SLEEVE DESIGNED FOR THE STRENGTHENING AND PROTECTION OF RISERS AND SUB SEA PIPELINES
The Helicoid Epoxy Sleeve ™ is a helically wound, carbon bre reinforced, mechanically interlocking PE or PTFE strip, allowing an annulus of approximately 25 to 35 mm around the pipe to be lled with an epoxy or cementatious grout, therewith giving outstand-ing strengthening and protection qualities The Helicoid Epoxy Sleeve™ has been designed, tested and certi-ed in accordance with the ASME PCC-2 and is an approved repair system under the ASME 31.4 and ASME 31.8 for repairs of external wall thinning, dents and gouges The sleeve can be installed to risers, up to 3.0 m below MSL, completely diverless, in diameters between 150 mm to 600 mm and up to a length of 10.0 m in one single application, without the shut down of the facilities

YOUR ASSURANCE IN STRENGTH AND PROTECTION
Surface Preparation Of Riser
As part of the installation of the sleeve, a system has been developed for the removal of marine growth, neoprene liners and coatings of up to 3.00 m below MSL, without the intervention of divers The lightweight, modular equipment can be installed by a crew of 2 technicians and is capable of achieving surface cleanliness of up to Swedish Standard SA 2.5 by means of high pressure water - and abrasive blasting The level of cleanliness can be monitored from the top deck through attached CCTV cameras
