Jesús Verón Caballero comienza la actividad con la venta de frutales en A Coruña y con la venta de peras y manzanas en Madrid y Perpignan.Jesús Verón Caballero began the company’s business with the sale of fruit trees in A Coruña and the sale of pears and apples in Madrid and Perpignan.

Construcción de las instalaciones de la calle Santander Mediterráneo para el manejo y conservación de fruta y la manipulación comercial de planta de vivero. La empresa Jesús Verón y Compañía S.A. es inscrita en el registro oficial de productores de planta de vivero con el

nº ES-02-50-0001, siendo la primera empresa de Aragón en obtenerlo y figurando con el nº1.

1971

Se realiza la primera plantación de frutales de melocotón, nectarina y

cerezo en Caspe, donde se instala el primer riego por goteo de la zona.

Se separan las actividades de viveros y semillas. Jesús Verón Gormaz se encarga de la producción de viveros y de las explotaciones frutícolas, recibiendo el título de Productor-Seleccionador. Con ayuda de Cámara de Comercio de Zaragoza, se crea una agrupación

de viveristas para promover la exportación de plantas de vivero, UPEV. Se iniciaron ventas a Italia,

Polonia, países del Magreb e Hispanoamerica.

With the help of the Chamber of Commerce of Zaragoza, a grouping of

nursery growers is created to promote the exporting of nursery

plants, UPEV (Union of Exporters of Nursery). Sales to Italy, Poland,

1982

Se crea con otros fruticultores de la zona de Caspe una ATRIA (agrupación para tratamientos integrados de agricultura) para, entre otras actividades, impartir cursos de formación para agricultores. Se constituye la Cooperativa Frudecas, S.C.L. en Chiprana, hoy La Chipranesca, de la que Jesús Verón Gormaz fue primer presidente.An ATRIA (grouping for integrated treatments of agriculture) is created with other fruit growers of the Caspe area in order to, among other activities, provide training courses for farmers. Jesús Verón Gormaz is an active member of the governing committee since its creation and vice chairman of the National Committee of plant producers.

Manual collection requires careful preparation and, above all, the rapid cold setting of the fruit to stop ripening.

В ряду фруктовых культур черешня является одной из наиболее деликатных, как для производства, так и для уборки урожая.При развитии дерева с самого начала необходимо добиться обильного ветвления, для того, чтобы уже на третий год после посадки оно начало давать урожаи.Также крайне важно добиться правильного баланса при орошении и внесении удобрений для достижения хорошего качества и размера фрукта.Ручная уборка должна производиться бережно и быстро; обязательно поместить собранный урожай в холодильную камеру для остановки процесса дальнейшего созревания плодов.

Informative note:What does it mean that a fruit tree is certified VIRUS FREE?

It means that the fruit has gone through several tests to verify that it has no disease and all these tests have given negative results to virosities.These analyzes are carried out by the Plant Health Service of each Region in Spain, through periodic visits to the production and sampling.A certified plant is the biggest guarantee on your sanitary status. Every certified fruit tree has a blue label on its trunk indicating the name of the rootstock and the variety, the name of the producer and his phytosanitary registration number.

Until 2011, all areas of Spain enjoyed the status of a protected area for the European Union, but the emergence of outbreaks in various fruit producing areas of bacterial fire (Erwinia amylovora) has caused the departure of many Spanish provinces of the ZP category (protected area) of this bacterium.

Of all the phytopathogenic agents that affect the pear trees, the most important is undoubtedly Erwinia amylovora, the causative agent of the disease popularly known as rosacea bacterial fire.

This disease can have epidemic consequences not only in agricultural areas but also in areas where wild or ornamental plants of the Rosaceae family are important.

In order to continue guaranteeing to our clients the best sanitary conditions of the fruit trees, our nursery has followed the protocols stipulated in Directive 2000/29 of the Council of Europe of May 8, 2000 to obtain the category of buffer zone in our production nursery, by what we can issue our phytosanitary passports with ZP.

Working with certified material is a sanitary guarantee in the plant.Every certified fruit tree has a blue label on its trunk indicating the name of the rootstock, the variety, the name of the producer and his phytosanitary registration number.
