2. Use tools like RescueTime for a month before you do your DOCAS audit so you can see where all your time is being spent
3. Don’t just do it for yourself, have your team members complete their own version so you can identify and eliminate bottlenecks
4. Create a procedure and train your team on how to update the procedures assigned to them as the tasks evolve over time
5. Review your business on a weekly or monthly interval to identify areas that require procedures and schedule in time to create them

1. If you can’t afford to hire yet, map out your future team structure [org chart]. Create monthly sales goals based on this growth pathway.
2. Market your job positions like you would market your own business3. Test new contractors with small, non-critical projects first before
coming to a long term relationship4. Same goes for full-time or part-time hires - conduct a paid trial before
committing to a long term relationship5. When you find the right person, make sure you celebrate your wins
together and have a clear pathway for progress and promotion.

Probably the biggest thing I’ve noticed between the WordPress businesses that are growing and the ones that are not is the lack of a well-defined sales process.

1. Adopt profit-first accounting principles to figure out how much you should charge [Your desired profit + expenses = how much to charge]
2. Record your meetings in the sales process (with the prospects permission) so you can audit yourself and make improvements
3. Use a CRM like Hubspot or Zoho to track your sales process and measure your lead to sale conversion rate.
4. Aim for around a 66% conversion rate - if your conversion rate is much higher then you are not charging enough/need to raise prices!
