purpoSeTo the Rescue! New York is the signature annual benefit of The Humane Society of the United States, supporting the rescue, care, placement and potential rehoming of thousands of animals every year. This year marks our 60th anniversary, a significant milestone in the history of The HSUS. To celebrate six decades of transformational change, we will look back at our most impactful victories from the last 60 years while charting a course for a more humane world in the years ahead.

Across the country, the HSUS Animal Rescue Team is in the field, saving animals from puppy mills, fighting pits, hoarders, neglect and natural disasters. The HSUS responds with equipment, expertise and financial resources to assist in investigations, launch raids, collect evidence and coordinate animal seizure, care and placement.

At The HSUS, our rescue work goes beyond the Animal Rescue Team’s vital efforts on the ground. We are also committed to rescuing animals and preventing cruelty by tackling the root cause through advocacy, legislation and policy reform. To commemorate our 60th anniversary, we will celebrate our efforts to rescue farm animals from the inhumane conditions on factory farms, save dogs from animal fighting pits, spare the lives of millions of healthy companion animals from shelter euthanasia, curb wildlife cruelty by ushering in a new era of wildlife humane management and save the lives of tens of millions of animals unnecessarily tested on in laboratories.

Since 1954, The HSUS has been leading the fight, and thanks to millions of donors and supporters, our corporate sponsors and active, passionate constituents, we will continue to be there for all animals, for many more years to come.

This sponsorship package details how you can make a difference in the lives of the millions of animals who are depending on us to protect them.

IN ATTENDANCE500 social, business, and political leaders; HSUS benefactors; celebrities; and members of the press gathered for a cocktail reception, scrumptious gourmet vegan dinner, entertainment, live auction and a special appearance by the Animal Rescue Team
