Purpose: Summarizes the state-of-the-practice and state-of-the-art nationally associated with the operation and proactive management of traffic on freeway facilities

Input: Planning for future federal activities

Focus: managing & operating freeways, expressways, & toll roads. Its primary intended audiences are:
