Responsible for Communications/Purchase Order Negotiation/Logistics of Order Entry and Delivery of Materials to Houston LBJ Space Center/Invoicing.

Responsible for Material Set up for uniquely prepared NASA Materials with their own Material numbers for Isolation and easy reference in future reporting.(Flight and Non-Flight Hardware)

NASA to Japanese Liaison to Specialized Tokyo Engineer Group assigned to NASA projects.

Special Projects including two Major Camera purchases to upgrade all Shuttle and International Space Station Camera equipment including Cameras, Lenses, and all other accessories as required.

Unique projects such as "Return to Flight" requirements i.e. Flash capability in the Vacuum of Space on an EVA event, so that Astronauts could document tile damage while not being illuminated by the sun or filling in harsh shadows when illuminated by the sun. (Still being used today)

Inventory Department Accounts Payable

SAP Required Areas FI (Miro/FB60) Supervise the Administrator who paid all department invoices for Kitting and

various other department required purchases. Completely cover the position during periods of absence 12-15 weeks in duration

which occurred twice during their employment. Completely cover the position from December 2015 until

Reorganization/termination in February 2016, because the Administrator gave notice and a hiring freeze precluded replacing the person.

Represented the Inventory Department in Configuration and Roll out to Phase 1 Dolphin Project.

Refurbished Products

SAP Required Areas SD MM FI

Responsible for forecasting and ordering replacement accessories (i.e. Straps, Caps, Batteries, etc.) to allow Refurbishers to return inspected Materials ready for sale into the used market.

Responsible for Sales Inventory reporting with full cycle information. i.e. Where returned product is located.In Returns Storage Locations, At the Refurbisher, Returned from Refurbisher ready for sale or Re-Do product pushed through the cycle a second time upon being returned from a Sale as a Refurbished Product. Accessories ordered from Parent company and/or independent Vendors dependent on Time/Price variables.

Responsible for requesting Import Customs paperwork to allow the Vendors to import Nikon Logo carrying materials through customs as a Nikon authorized import.

Materials Management SAP Required Areas MM

Cover for the Administrator who regularly set up Materials and maintained Audit documents for the Internal Auditors.
