March 30, 2016 To Whom It May Concern: Frank Stanley was an outstanding student in the Marketing for Managers class I taught this spring at Florida State College at Jacksonville. Students work in teams in the class, and Frank volunteered to be a team leader requiring additional work and responsibilities. Frank earned an A in the class and his team performed extremely well under his leadership, and his peers gave him the highest possible evaluation. I saw exceptional servant leadership qualities in Frank’s management of his team, which lead me to believe he will be an extraordinary contributor for any organization with which he is associated in the future. Under Frank’s leadership, his team consistently earned high marks on weekly team assignments and for its company marketing plan. Additionally, Frank was an insightful participant in the class discussion board always researching topics carefully and citing his sources. I am happy to recommend Frank for career opportunities in his future. Sincerely, R. John Kaegi Adjunct Professor (904) 382-6173

To Whom It May Concern:

Frank Stanley was an outstanding student in the Marketing for Managers class I taught this spring at Florida State College at Jacksonville.

Sincerely,

R. John KaegiAdjunct Professor(904) 382-6173
