What’s a Demo Week?

Precision Concrete Cutting has a very unique system for proving the demand and making sure the prospective franchise owner is comfortable with their purchase. Each franchise prospect experiences a Demonstration Week, where franchise prospects interact with future customers and see how PCC markets its service.

PCC sets up between 6-10 demonstrations with potential customers in the proposed territory. We demonstrate our service and ask the customer their likelihood to use our service and show that demand to the prospective franchise BEFORE they buy a franchise.

Basically you get an inside look at the franchise, meet customers, gauge the market potential, etc. all in advance, so franchise prospects feel good making their franchise purchase.

Sales Process

Here are the steps your clients go through in buying a franchise:

1. Qualified for Interest - We answer questions that the prospects have and explain business model.

2. NDA and Application - Once we get the NDA/App, we put them in touch with their nearest franchise owners to answer questions about revenue and profit, start-up phase, challenges and successes, etc. Our franchise owners are our best salesmen. At this time, the franchise prospect receives the FDD.

3. Discovery Day (optional) - Come to Utah, see our operation and meet the executive team.

4. Demonstration Week - Send in the $5K deposit and schedule the demonstration week within 30 days.

5. Sign FDD / Schedule Training - Within a week the Demonstration Week, the franchise prospect signs the FDD, pays for the franchise, and we pick a date for the training.
