Thanks to our continuously developed and improved gas producers, a particularly clean gas is already produced during the gas production stage, before being stripped of all foreign particles in the wet wash.

The clean gas extracted is then the perfect fuel for all applications, from efficient generators through to sophisticated combustion sys-tems. Clean and low maintenance combustion guarantees the highest efficiency and enables excellent profitability with maximum electrical and heat output.

For less demanding applications the gas purification process can be dispensed with and the extracted crude gas directly fed into a burner / boiler system.

The centerpiece of gas production is the state-of-the-art and efficient gas producer. The process of producing gas occurs in the reactor at temperatures of up to 1,200°C.Corresponding temperature zones form in the reactor under the influence of measured addition of atmospheric oxygen. The decomposition reactions take place within these zones, thereby converting the input material into a combustible process gas. Unwanted tars and other harmful materials are cracked in a high temperature zone, which converts as much of the material as possible into gas.

GAS PURIFICATION

The process gas produced is stripped of the remaining by-products through a process of gas purification. Here a combination of wet washing and cooling filters the gas. In the final purification stage, the downstream, specially developed wet electrostatic precipitators remove the remaining harmful aerosols.

ENERGY CONVERSION

With the purified gas, depending on the application require-ments, a generator or burner system can be operated.

Here the advantage of efficient gas purification comes into full effect:The clean gas extracted enables both the substitution of natural gas, oil and diesel in burner systems as well as use in gas generators.
