PSA completed Master Planning of a mixed-use tract development with retail shopping strip center at the frontage road with a shared entry to a proposed 40 room/unit Motel facility. Project included offices, breakfast counter common area, and resident quarters located above the office area. Complete with 3D modeling views of exteriors, interiors and landscape plans.

PSA completed all phases of planning, bids/negotiations and construction administration to full completions. 3D modeled views helped to obtain the crucial element of obtaining a variance before the public hearing board and achieved approvals of dropping a previous 50’ landscape setback down to 5’.

PSA accomplished site plan approvals and Master Planning/Replatting of tract on Pipeline Road in Hurst, adjacent to the Tarrant County Community College for medical office buildings for the Brookshire Medical Complex. The project included 2 separate office buildings and phases.
