Energy Saving Measures Proposed:- Use of LED & CFL in Parking area, lift-lobby and

stair-case. Using Solar system in External Lighting (10%). &

Landscape lights with LED lamps. Using V3F drive for all lifts. As per MSEDCL requirements, we have planned to

use low loss Transformer. Losses for Transformer shall, in principal, comply to ECBC norms.

We are planning to attain power factor of the installation near unity.

LED & CFL types of light source are proposed for common Lobby, Lounge, and Staircase area.

Automatic time based controls are proposed for all outside lighting to save power by avoiding manual switching ON & OFF the lights.

Motion Sensors are proposed in Car Parking Areas & Lift lobbies.

ENVIRONMENT MANAGEMENT PLAN The Environment Management Plan would consist of all mitigation measures for each item wise activity to be undertaken during the construction, operation and the entire life cycle to minimize adverse environmental impacts as a result of the activities of the project. The Environment Management Plan would consist of all mitigation measures for each activity to be undertaken during the construction, operation and the entire life cycle to minimize adverse environmental impacts as a result of the activities of the project. It would also delineate the environmental monitoring plan for compliance of various environmental regulations. It will state the steps to be taken in case of emergency such as accidents at the site including fire.

There will be three facets to design and follow the schedules viz.: (A) for compliance of responsibilities (B) for day-to-day operation and management of STP, ECE, solid waste management facility (C) for routine environmental monitoring to assess the impact and take timely warning.

Yearly Compliance:

Carryout “Environmental Audit Statement” of various environmental aspects, review the environmental policies with the help of experts and make the up gradation /changes accordingly.

Submit the “Environmental Statement” to the State Pollution Control Board in Form V under Rule 14 of the Second Amendment Rules 1992 of the Environment (Protection) Act, 1986.

(Diarrhoea, food poisoning, typhoid, amoebiosis etc.) infected person/ persons must be taken to nearby hospitals; must be given proper drugs for the treatment; if the disease is communicable (Conjunctivitis, viral etc.) , it is advisable to not to use infected persons' clothes/ utensils/ personal stuff (razor, food items etc.); if the disease comes under occupational disease- asbestosis, asthma, broadspectrum infection, psoriasis etc.

On site usually there could be two reasons : Water borne diseases- Potable water must be provided to all the workers; active educational trainings/ sessions of 15 20 minutes must be provided to all, having subject like washing hands before eating; drinking water must be clean, sanitation and hygiene practices.
