First oF all - we are youth specialists! our agency is run primarily by 16-24 year olds and our md is 21. he set up the business 5 years ago at just 16 years old! we have a nintendo wii in the oFFice, enjoy the odd picnic in our indoor garden and we love a good night on the town with staFF our own age!
We’ll behonest...
isn’t your usual
marketing and
research agency!
Back to business... As well as our creative team and researchers, we have our own street team - a dynamic bunch of chaps and chapesses who are the public face of Force-7. To top it all off, we also have loads of industry contacts and enjoy a mixed portfolio of work.
So, what else? We’re a growing and expanding agency and work in an exciting
and unusual environment. You’ll get to experience everything, at all levels of production and you
will see first hand how things work, how clients respond and
how pitches are won.
The only way to sum it up is the creative thinking, challenges and opportunities of a big London agency; but with the diversity, teamwork and ownership of a smaller organic business.

In light of the current economic climate, we’ve recognised a need to throw a lifeline to graduates who are committed to
creating the best campaigns of 2011/2012, and want to get a step ahead by proving their worth in agencies across the UK.
It’s like the chicken and the egg:
Well that’s where we come in. We’re offering 4 graduates the opportunity of a 10-week
unpaid placement at Force-7 from 4th July until 9th September 2011 – it really will be the experience of a lifetime!
You need
experience to get an
opportunity but you need an
opportunity to get the
experience
chicken
egg
After 10 weeks at Force-7 you will leave a changed individualWe will work with your skills and your ambitions to give you the experience you need to make your mark in this industry.
Over your time here, each graduate will have the opportunity to experience the following:
Project management of an entire pitch•Site visits to a range of suppliers (including workshops)•1-2-1 with a Communications Manager from outside •our agencyThe chance to brainstorm, research and develop •strategic thinkingThe opportunity to get your hands dirty and learn first •hand how to put together a campaignGreat nights out with people your own age who’ve been •working in the industry
Plus the things you want to learn and experience - if you want to meet someone in the sports industry, we’ll try make it happen; if you want to discuss creative writing with a playwright - throw us the challenge. Anything is possible.
This is a graduate scheme that is new and exciting, with professional development and business growth at its heart.

Have you spent the last 3+ years learning about sound waves? Training to amputate
a cat’s leg? Mastering the ability to sway in the wind like a tree?
Whatever you’ve done, we want you!
If you think you have something different to ‘bring to the table’ - whether it be
copious amounts of energy, the life skills of a student, buckets of inspiration or an
amazing array of cupcake recipes, then get applying. We’re after someone special; a diamond in the rough, the cream of the
crop, and any other clichés you can think of.

I previously worked in a 60-strong agency working for huge clients, such as Monster and McDonalds. Although that looks great on my CV, I didn’t get as much all round experience as I would have liked – I was the bottom of the chain illustrating parts of an overall design, or making amends to someone else’s work. At Force-7, I get to do everything. Being part of a small team enabled me to experience the full design process from start to finish, from initial concepts through to print and production. I learnt so much more and have really developed as a designer during my time here.
I joined Force-7 last summer for a placement as a Junior Designer whilst at university. I was able to work on a variety of projects, from branding to layouts, and brainstorming to client meetings. Being at Force-7 and experiencing the fast-paced nature of agency life has definitely helped me manage my time more effectively back at university and will stand me in good stead for when I graduate. My portfolio really developed during my summer, and I believe it is the work I did here that has secured my placement at Bolser for my year in industry in September, after I finish my role as a Production Assistant at Force-7 over the summer.

I came to Force-7 two years ago as a freelance designer for one day to help on a pitch… now I am the Creative Manager! Force-7 is the sort of place where you can shape your own role and create your own opportunities. I have much more responsibility here than I probably should have at my age, but I love it because the stuff we get to work on and the freedom we have to experiment are incredible – it’s not your average agency! I even managed to fit seven months travelling in during my time here and was lucky enough to get invited back again afterwards! Force-7 really is a unique place to work… if you have potential and want to create a path for yourself, this is the place to do it! I never saw myself as a manager, but being here highlighted my skills and I’m now set up to progress up the career ladder in even bigger agencies in the future.
I came to Force-7 over a year ago to complete a one-day-a-week, 10-week work placement as part of my college course, and I have been here ever since! As I am still at college, it was great to have the flexibility of paid work one day a week as it fit in perfectly around my studies. Since becoming an employee, my role has developed and I now work closely with Wendy and the street team, recruiting young people to our youth network, Factory 47. It’s a really fun job, spending most of my time on campus, in clubs or on Facebook, finding new recruits and promoting our services to young people – which is also great training for me in a future sales and marketing role.
