Connection Center PassportWant to ensure convention attendees stop by your booth and learn about your product or company? Purchase a spot on the Passport. Attendees will receive a Connection Center Passport including your company’s name, which you’ll stamp when they visit your booth. Pastors and leaders who visit participating exhibitor booths and have their passports stamped will be eligible for valuable prize drawings. Passport spots are $250 each, or purchase a sponsorship and we will secure your spot on the Passport automatically.

Demo SpaceLooking for a more in-depth way to connect with attendees and share your vision or service? Purchase a 25-minute slot in our Demo Space located in a private space in the Connection Center. These limited spaces are available after each evening session. We’ll post a clearly noticeable sign with your name and time reservation. Plus, you can announce your scheduled time(s) as people stop by your booth, or in your convention program ad or bag insert. Late Submission Policy

All deadlines are in 2015 unless otherwise noted. Please submit all media files under 8 MB to Foursquare Ads. For larger files, please email via downloadable link, or mail via hard drive or disc.

Files that are received late may be considered forfeit and not eligible for refund. Late files that are accepted are subject to a late fee of $25 per day. Payment must be received before ads will run.

Cancellation must be made in writing by mail or by email. Refunds will be issued at the discretion of The Foursquare Church and will be subject to a 5 % cancellation fee as well as production related limitations. Call 213.989.4218 for details.

The Foursquare Church reserves the right to accept or reject applications.

In the event that a future issue of Foursquare Leader Magazine is cancelled by The Foursquare Church, a full refund will be credited to those organizations with ad commitments.

Upon making an ad commitment, any ad submission dates missed are the sole responsibility of the organization placing the ad. No refunds or transfers will be accepted.

All ad content is subject to approval by The Foursquare Church.

Any material submitted after the deadline will be accepted and posted at the discretion of The Foursquare Church and will not be subject to refund. Late material submissions that are accepted will be subject to a $25 late fee, per item, per business day.
