Ryan Androsoff is an international expert on digital government and a passionate advocate for the increased and effective use of social media, collaborative technologies, and open data in the public sector. Since 2010 he has served as a Senior Advisor in the Government of Canada's Treasury

Board Secretariat, where he is currently working on initiatives to innovate in digital service delivery across the federal government.

Gabe Sawhney helps organizations to discover emerging opportunities, build consensus, and navigate ambiguity. He explores and tests ideas using functional prototypes, to imagine future use cases, assess user experience, and build buy-in. His research work has included organizational change,

product innovation, corporate sustainability, technological and cultural trends, data visualization, and the future of financial services, the media and entertainment indus-tries, and location-based games.

Amy Swenson oversees digital delivery, including the teams that run product management, transition management, and user experience testing, research and design. She ensures that my teams are aligned to digital priorities and provide strategic advice, organization-wide. Previously, she

was Senior Manager of OneSite and Digital Projects andlead the team that designs, manages and executes digital projects aligned to the government's priorities online.

Her research focuses on Big Data applications to tackle the problem of decision making under uncertainty using machine learning methods to build recommender systems and predictive models.
