Eat Foods rich in Vitamin A such as sweet potatoes, dark leafy greens, carrots, squash, romaine lettuce, dried apricots, cantaloupe, and tuna fish. Eat Foods rich in Vitamin C such as peppers, dark green leafy veggies, kiwi, broccoli, berries, fruit juice, cooked tomatoes, and peas. Eat foods rich in phosphorus such as meat, poultry, fish, and eggs, and nuts such as almonds. Eat foods rich in calcium such as yogurt, cheese, leafy greens, milk, and cheese. Limit foods that are high in sugar and low in nutrient value such as candy, baked goods, and soda! Limit highly acidic foods such as soda! When eating a healthy acidic food, such as tomatoes or citrus, pair it with other foods to reduce the damage the acid can cause to the teeth! Remember these tips for good oral health! 1. For the BEST Oral Health….Eat This, Limit That!

Eat This! Limit This! Eat Foods rich in Vitamin A such

Eat Foods rich in Vitamin C such as peppers, dark green leafy veggies, kiwi, broccoli, berries, fruit juice, cooked tomatoes, and peas.

Eat foods rich in calcium such as

yogurt, cheese, leafy greens, milk, and cheese.

Limit foods that are high in sugar and low in nutrient value such as candy, baked goods, and soda!

Limit highly acidic foods such as soda! When eating a healthy acidic food, such as tomatoes or citrus, pair it with other foods to reduce the damage the acid can cause to the teeth!

Remember these tips for good oral health!

1. Brush teeth with fluoridated tooth paste two times per day for two-three minutes at a time!

2. Brush teeth slowly with an electric toothbrush making sure to cover the surface area of each tooth!

3. Floss daily to remove plaque from places in the mouth that a toothbrush can’t reach!

4. See your dentist for a checkup! Report any unusual signs or symptoms that you have been experiencing in your mouth! If you wear dentures, make sure your dentists checks to make sure they fit properly!
