The company KML Solution (KMLS), the management consulting and executive training company was established in

2016 especially to cater to the needs of the Pakistani companies. KMLS assists organizations to reach

the next level of effective and efficient management, to enhance the return on investment (ROI) of the

Majid Latif Biography

Majid Latif is the Managing Director and Chief Management Consultant of KML Solution (KMLS) www.kmlsolution.com. Before starting his own firm Majid was Group Chief Operating Officer of National Technology Group, (NTG) Saudi Arabia. NTG’s annual revenue - SR 2 billion, offices in 10 countries and 3400+ employees. Majid has all-encompassing hands-on management experience of full spectrum of business functions. During the career he has managed and been responsible for P&L of a business or a function for over 20 years. He has over 12 years’ experience of directly managing ICT-MIS (Information and Communication Technology-Management Information Systems) function and more than 15 years’ experience of directly managing HR (Human Resources) at the corporate and business unit level. In his career he has worked in various types of establishments, mostly large and medium size enterprises. He has vast general management experience, and rich and varied experience at leadership positions of primary business areas of sales and marketing, production, logistics as well as in corporate management functions such as human resources, finance, information and communication technology, audit, corporate and legal affairs, strategy, planning, project management office (PMO), and business process reengineering (BPR). In his earlier job he was the Chief Operating Officer of Jaffer Brothers Private Limited (JBL), Pakistan. He was Member Board of Directors (BOD) of JBL and its sister companies. As General Manager Corporate Affairs at JBL and Member BOD he had full exposure to all types of Jaffer businesses, in agriculture, heavy earth moving machinery, projects, construction, trading. He was also Member Board of Governors of Murshid Hospital & Health Care Centre (MHHCC), and JBL

Management Representative (MR) at MHHCC, responsible for managing the hospital and nursing school. Majid has worked in Pakistan and abroad, at Pakistani, Saudi and prestigious multinational organizations (Siemens, NCR). He has successfully interfaced with a very large base of customers, multitude of principals (multinationals), dealers, contractors, software development and implementation companies and management consulting firms. His main focus has been business management but he has also designed and conducted various management training programs. He has a degree in engineering and has received wide-ranging management and technical training from France, Germany, Holland, Malta, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, Singapore, UK, and USA. He is an alumnus of famous French international business school-INSEAD. He is a member of the Management Association of Pakistan, Life Member of Marketing Association of Pakistan, and a Life Member of the Computer Society of Pakistan.

Zia ul Haque Biography

Zia is the Executive Director and Principal Management Consultant at KML Solution. Zia, till February 2015, worked as Director Operations at Jaffer Brothers (pvt) Ltd (JBL). He worked for 30+ years at JBL in different capacities, starting from Sales Manager, to Country Manager – Digital (computers), Country General Manager and Director Operations. In his last assignment he was carrying the overall responsibility for the business division, representing HP, Oracle, Emerson and other world renowned IT companies. His key functions included strategic planning and its implementation and overall P&L responsibility of the Jaffer Business Systems division (JBS). HODs for Sales, Customer Services, Marketing communication, Finance, Supply Chain/Logistics were reporting to him. He has vast experience of sales management. He has had the privilege of undertaking major projects like WAPDA billing project (USAID funded), Census project for Federal Bureau of Statistics (USAID funded), several Oracle ERP implementation projects for major government and multinational entities and the all-important project of national significance – the NADRA project for Computerized ID cards for citizens of Pakistan. He was PMO Lead for JBS business division of JBL as Director Operations. Before joining JBL, he worked in USA in different organizations in computer operations, software development and system management areas. He has done his MBA in Marketing and BE Electronics from Houston, Texas, USA and has done several sales and technical certifications from USA and in Pakistan.

Saifullah Khairi Biography

Saifullah Khairi is the Executive Director and Principal Management Consultant at KML Solution. With over 30 years of managerial experience Khairi has served both the service and manufacturing sector in multinational, national and government organizations. He has also overseen US AID projects. Khairi has served as Executive Director at Trade Development Authority (TDAP), Deputy General Manager, Habib Insurance Company Ltd. and at various other management positions. At JBL he was involved in PMO for JBL Group.

He is exposed to all facets of general management and marketing including product management, sales

management, business development, market research, marketing communication, human resource &

training, customer service, corporate strategic planning, international trade, trade policy development

and business policy advocacy. He has been part of change management and OD teams at Pfizer and

Trade Development Authority of Pakistan. He worked as Credit Control & Training Manager,

Developed Murshid Hospital Business plan at Jaffer Brothers (Pvt) Ltd. Conducted a number of

training workshops on sales, general management & strategic planning.

Khairi is an MBA from IBA, Karachi.

Tahir Kashif Biography

Tahir Kashif is Senior Management Consultant of KML Solution (KMLS). Before joining KMLS, till Oct 2015, Tahir was Customer Relations / Business Development Manager of Jaffer Business Systems, a division of Jaffer Brothers (Pvt) Ltd. Tahir specializes in one stop issue resolution, overall client satisfaction and retention. During the career he has managed customer relations through nationwide customer care centers. He managed project management office (PMO) as Manager PMO and was involved in information and communication technology (ICT) department as coordinator for JBL Group. He has proven track record of handling uncontrolled projects. Tahir implemented Siebel CRM, developed processes and procedures for quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC), to streamline operations and enhance JBL Group productivity. He has over 17 years rich and varied experience. He was management representative for ISO 9001:2008 and the Chief JBS Coordinator for the annual audits by JBS principals- HP, Oracle, Emerson, Cisco and Microsoft. He has an MBA degree in marketing, Executive MBA in MIS (Management Information System). He has certifications in ITIL Foundation V3 and ISO 27001:2013 Lead Auditor. He has received wide-ranging management and technical trainings. Dr. M. Qamarul Hassan Biography Dr. Qamar has been working with organizations, corporate professionals, academics, students and doctors in the areas of leadership and management development, career management, employee retention, team building, and training and consulting for improved performance. He has over 17 years of experience of consulting, training, counseling and research. Shahid Ahmed Biography

Shahid is CEO and Director of Smart Technology (Pvt) Ltd. He has worked for 25 years in Siemens Healthcare Solutions and 9+ years with CGR France in Medical Equipment Division in Saudi Arabia. Although he spent major part of his professional life with multinationals he has worked for Pakistani business houses as well in the healthcare industry. He has been to Afghanistan in relation to

healthcare industry. He has vast experience in general management, sales, services and technical areas. Shahid has in-depth knowledge of all major medical machinery and hospital industry. He has been consultant to many hospitals in Pakistan taking them through the full cycle - advising them in development of medical equipment specifications, tendering and purchase process, selection of location for equipment installation, installation of equipment, operation and maintenance.
