VAIBHAV JAIN is a junior in the Columbian College of Arts & Sciences studying Economics and International Affairs with a concentration in International Development. Most recently, he spent three months in Germany trying to improve his German. For the second half of his college years , he seeks to travel more. In his free time he enjoys listening to Qawwalis and reading.

HAE JIN SON is a senior pursuing a major in International Affairs with a concentration in Asia at the Elliott School of International Affairs . She is originally from South Korea, and her previous professional experience includ es interning for World Federation of United Nations Associations secretariat, Korea Innovation Center and Golden Triangle Business Improve-ment District. Hae Jin was a participant of the GW Elizabeth J. Somers Women’s Leadership Program 2014 - 2015 and was a recipient of 2017 Marcia Rosenthall Internship Fellowship Award.

SEBASTIAN MAAG PARDO is a senior in the Elliott School of International Affairs , double majoring in International Affairs and Economics. He is pursuing a career at the juncture of policy and business, and is passionate about Latin America. When he is not reading up on current events, he is playing soccer, listening to music, or traveling the world.

HERMELLA TEKLE, ISCA Graduate Fellow, is from Ethiopia and is currently studying strategic public relations in the Graduate School of Political Management where she also serves as a student senator in the GSPM Student Association. Hermella earned her bachelor’s degree from Colby-Sawyer College, majoring in history and political studies, and worked as a student tutor and teaching assistant for political science, writing, religion studies, and philosophy classes. During her senior year, she established the first NGO in Ethiopia that works to empower young women to be leaders in their communities. In her free time, Hermella enjoys yoga, hiking, and traveling.
